Routine office visits are far from routine. Thorough cleaning and examination followed by a descriptive explanation of how teeth have changed since last visit(s) and prognosis about next steps.

Dr. Mack and her team are amazing! My routine visits are always very pleasant but Dr. Mack goes above and beyond to fit me in when not so routine issues come up as well. I don't know very many dentists that would personally call you back on a weekend and get you in for an appointment first thing Monday morning! It's obvious that everyone there, from the amazing hygienist that I have to the wonderful office manager I book my appointments with to Dr. Mack herself, love what they do and really care about you! I just can't say enough good things about them!

This is a long overdue review I have finally gotten to write. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Mack for almost two decades. While most reviews tend to focus on a single visit or a shorter period, I felt I could provide one based on a much longer timeframe, and I sincerely hope others find it helpful. I hold Dr. Mack and her practice in high esteem, and I am rating them as highly as I could for multiple reasons I'd like to explain. First reason is trust. Trust is one of the hardest things to earn, and one of the easiest to lose. Dr. Mack and her practice earned mine and maintained it. This is not something you achieve in one visit. It takes consistency and a constant focus. And as I was reflecting to write this review, I couldn't find a single instance where she or her practice acted in a way that undermined my trust. Second reason is this: Dr. Mack is one of the best dentists I've ever had. Her expertise, diligence, and attention to detail are second to none. She always looks ahead, takes the time to talk to me about what she sees, always provides all the options, and explains what should be done soon vs. what can wait. When we make decisions on treatments, we make them together. And I have yet to have an instance where I felt rushed to do anything or she didn't take the time to fully explain what she was recommending or answer all of my questions. This is not something I take for granted. Doing this once is easy. Doing it consistently over almost two decades is not. Third reason is professionalism, both Dr. Mack's and her staff. I read some reviews from people who said they had a bad visit or surprises. I can only speak for myself and my family, and I can unequivocally say that we have never had either. Our visits always delivered on our high expectations, and we have not had any surprises, whether in treatments, bills, or anything else. Fourth reason is flexibility. I have a difficult schedule, travel often, and frequently need to reschedule or move things around. Those changes would frustrate most practices. But not this one. Dr. Mack and her practice have always been understanding and accommodating. They are always eager to put me first and make things easier for me even when doing so makes things harder for them. Not many doctors would start a day earlier than they were planning to accommodate a patient for a non-emergency appointment. Even fewer would do that on short notice. Dr. Mack did that. Last but not least, a maniacal focus on quality and always improving. I highly appreciate this because it requires both high standards and the humility to never see oneself or one's practice as perfect. No matter how well Dr. Mack and her practice do, they are always looking for ways to do better, and are always looking for feedback. Every time I provided any, they didn't just listen, they acted on it.

Dr. Mack is polite and very respectful to her patients. She gave me candid, thorough advice, and her office is filled with very kind people. Scheduling was incredibly easy and fast. My issue cropped up, and reception got me in the office for a consultation and cleaning within 24 hours. 5/5 stars easily.

My husband and I love Mack Dental. The staff is unbelievable. They are always so friendly and helpful in every way. All the dentist that do my cleanings are amazing, but Andrew is especially wonderful. They are all gentle and do a great job every time. The office is always clean and they great you with kindness and a bottle of water if needed. Dr. Mack is the best. She never makes you wait long and follows up to give a second look over every appointment. Highly recommend

Dr. Mack runs a tight ship without skimping on cheer, bringing top technology, team talent, and technique to bear for a first-rate package of dental care. Whereas going to the dentist used to be a scary chore, for the first 50 years of my life, I now look forward (really). Each time I visit, she has invested in the latest gadget and her staff are up the curve on using it expertly. As a former business guy, I am also impressed with her modern processes for scheduling, billing, reminders, and whatnot. I had some extensive work done and while she was by no means the lowest price, the peace of mind of knowing that work will last (probably longer than I will) is priceless. This is a dentist worth driving to.

I have been going to Dr Mack since she first set up her dental practice in Watertown Square more than a decade ago. She has been doing all of my general dentistry, crown/bridge work, dental implants and cosmetic dentistry since then. She keeps her practice up-to-date with the latest in dental imagery and scanning. She has both a periodontist/endodontist, Dr Govostes, as well as competent prophylaxis (dental cleaning) technicians. Her office staff is well-trained and friendly, making it easy to work out appointment times and financial matters if necessary. I highly recommend Dr Mack for both general and specialty dentistry.

Complete rip off! Took my boyfriend to them and this happend $600.00 for a cleaning and xray longest apt for nothing 2hrs.. Do not go here!!!! SCAM.SCAM.SCAM.
