Worst dentist experience I've ever had to go through. 1st After having my root canal and my TEMPERORAY tooth put in, they tell me my claim has been denied because i had my procedure before my waiting period was up. So why did y'all recommend me to have a root canal then? Now 6 months later, I still have a temperoray tooth in because of the claim denail. 2nd They submitted a claim to my insurance company on a day that i never went & have records of me being at work. Save your time and go some where else. 3rd the fill in they gave me broke after 4 months. Please save your time and go to a different dentist.

Worst dentist ever do not go. Very unprofessional. Dr. Ida let her tech do what they want for the most part. Tech were all on there personal phones and the front desk. Wait time was 2 hours. Was not satisfied after. Did not fix the problem. A complete waist of money

Staff is amazing, but wait is ASS! I made an appointment under the impression that the location was in Lithonia just to get there early and find out it's a couple exits up in Decatur (No one informed me of this) I get there, now on time and wait forever to be seen! What's the point in making an appointment if you won't be seen for another two hours !?! Wth is that? Why are people who came in 30 mins and an hour after me being seen first ??
