Dr. Ian Shuman maintains a general, reconstructive, and aesthetic dental practice in Pasadena, Md. He is a Master in the AGD, an associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy.He is an Editorial Director of Continuing Education for PennWell Publishing and advisory board member forDentistry Today.Since 2005,Dentistry Todayhas named Dr. Shuman one of its Leaders in Continuing Education.
Since 1993, Dr. Shuman has personally authored a vast array of peer-reviewed published articles. As a lecturer and author, he has developed and taught his advanced, minimally invasive techniques to dentists worldwide. His mission is to teach dental professionals the most current methods for creating beautiful, long-lasting restorations thatpreserve maximum tooth structure.

I will forever be thankful Dr Shuman. He is kind, knowledgeable and very skilled. He has filled with office with friendly and outgoing staff. A very inviting environment and communicative. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and will recommend them again and again.

Dr Shuman & staff are great! Very welcoming, professional and friendly. Dr Shuman is always very upbeat, upfront and informative with any procedure that needs to be done and ready to answer any questions that you may have. He definitely has a great demeanor in the way he can put even the most nervous patient at ease. He made me feel right at home and as if I were a friend. I always have a great, smooth experience here. The staff and Dr are respectful, caring and courteous of your time. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently and I highly recommend!

Dr. Shuman is AMAZING! Very funny, professional, knowledgeable, and calming. He makes your services so easy! Very gentle and patient. Ms. Lisa the office manager is very friendly and the wait time was no time lol (literally). I highly recommend this place to anyone! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I was referred to Doctor Ian Shuman because I'm really scared of the dentist. Today Dr. Shuman pulled a tooth and filled two cavities. He is so kind and patient. Plus he can sing() I survived it all. Lisa at the front is a gem. Thank yoy Dr. Shuman Renee Lee Miller

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shuman and his team both times I've gone in the past week. Lisa was super friendly. Kelly was funny and she did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable even though I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time. Carol was kind. Lastly, Dr. Shuman was fast and gentle in completing the repairs my mouth required. Everyone was great and I feel like my teeth truly have a fresh, new start.

I am a new patient at Dr. Shuman's office, and I recently received a new smile created with porcelain veneers. Not only am I incredibly satisfied with the end result, but with the entire process as well, thanks to Dr.Shuman and his talented staff. Everyone from the office manager to the dental assistant and hygienist were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating; they definitely made this experience a pleasant one! Dr. Schuman took the time to discuss my options, pay attention to detail, and answer any questions that I had, which ensured that my new smile would turn out perfect! Great dentist and hygienist. Actually the whole staff is wonderful. My mouth is sensitive and I don't have to remind them everytime I go in to get cleaned or anything else.

I WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OF $6K 2 DO DENTAL WORK. I PAID $ 3K & MY TEETH R WORSE NOW THAN B4 DR. SCHUMAN TOTALLY DESTROYED THEM. THE SHABBY DENTAL WRK HAS CRUMBLED IN MY MOUTH!!
