My wife and I had 7:30 and 9:30 appointments and they got me in right after my wife's so I didn't have to wait an hour. Scheduled my next 2 appointments so I was all set up. Really pleased!

I had my first visit here today, and it was the best experience I've ever had at a dental office! Front staff was friendly, my hygienist was really thorough and had great advice, and the dentist was personable, thorough, and had great tips. You can tell that they genuinely care about your dental health and not the money associated with dental work! Definitely found our new family dentist!

Dr. Reichert and his whole staff are great! They are always helpful and take the time to make sure you understand any new information. We switched from a very expensive dentist in Waverly when they would no longer accept our insurance and have not looked back. Reichert Family Denistry is very affordable and accepts our insurance. Dr. Reichert always remembers your things you have discussed at previous visits whether business or personal which makes you feel as if they care. Very happy with their care!

I love going to the dentist here! They take exceptional care of me and are super professional. I've moved further away and I still continue to go there because they are so kind and caring. They always review anything with me and make me feel welcome. Olivia and Dr. Reichert are a great pair, so kind. I've been going here since 2016 and I'll keep going here.

I would like to write a raving review about this place.... looks like there is no shortage of them. Dr. Zysset has been a Rockstar and I have never felt this comfortable going to the dentist in my entire life. I work in a field where people dont like to come see me... its inspiring to me to have the ability to be professional, have fun, make a few jokes and have the work done well and for less than I was previously paying at another dentist. There was a billing correction for my mom, they did the right thing and gave her a check back. I have been raving about this place since my second visit. Front office staff is nice and friendly as well! Sincerely, A once anxious patient.

I can't say enough about how great these people are they are friendly very knowledgeable and Dr Reichert is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life I would recommend this dentistry to anyone they know how to treat people.

Unfortunately after years of service with Reichert, my family is choosing to go elsewhere due to their lack of family friendly focus on not allowing a parent to go back with a child for a cleaning. Adherence to a policy that is no longer in affect is a barrier to my child's health. There are plenty of dentist's office in the metro area that are allowing a parent to go back with their child. I recommend thinking twice about Reichert if you want a family friendly dentist.

Although I live out of town and I have lots of other options - I wouldn't go anywhere else! A staff that you can tell truly care - and only work that genuinely needs to be done is recommended. In the 4-5 years I've been coming here I haven't needed any dental work done except cleanings - much different than my last few places requiring "cavities" to be filled almost every visit for years :-( LOVE Dr Reichert and his team!

Hubble Reichert, my dentist for over 10 years. In today for a crown placement over an implant, and a filling. On time, gentle with the needle, always time for listening. Staff is always so caring, office impeccable, beautiful, comfortable. Can't go wrong.
