No kind of leniency whatsoever even though I had no dental insurance at the time. Charged $495 dollars for drainage of an abscess witch didn't even have a drainage tool in. My bleeding was very minimal which he put one stitch in and it fell out two hours after I got home. Gave me nitrous oxide to relax me and charged m $132 for that which did absolutely nothing for me. I'm sure the pain would have bee just as bad without it. Let me tell you that it was the worst dental experience of my life. Now I just reviewed the bill with an office employee. I clearly remember the man saying to his assistant that a drainage tube was not needed because it clotted and had very minimal bleeding. Went back a week later for follow up and he said everything looked good. Kudo to them for no charge for that five minute appointment. In lieu of saving my lifelong excellent credit standing, I will pay this bill, but I encourage anyone and everyone who considers this man's services, think twice, read all reviews and especially if you have no dental coverage, avoid this service as you will have no leniency in billing whether you do or do not have medical dental coverage.

Very kind staff. Surgery was explained throughly and done super quick. They were even nice enough to send me a get well card afterwards! Also fairly priced compared to other completely overpriced quotes I had gotten from other oral surgeons in the surrounding area. Highly recommend!!!

I wouldn't even give them one star. This place was absolutely ridiculous- front desk employees are nasty. Waited for 45 minutes after her appointment time to even be seen. Daughter went here for TMJ- they gave her the worse possible night guard there is to help with the pain. Was referred to the University of Maryland. Never got called. Come to find out the office didn't even send to referral. Absolutely ridiculous- do not waste your time.

Would give higher rating if it weren't for the fact that I had to leave work to make my appointment, and I made them well aware of the fact I needed to be in and out as fast as possible to get back to work. After I was seen, the one receptionist told me to have a seat in the waiting room while she prepared my paper work. A half hour later, I walk back into the hallway and she told me that there were several patients ahead of me that she needed to take care of first (which were all patients that came in after me and hadn't even been seen yet), not to mention the fact that there were 3 other receptionists in the room. I waited another 25 minutes, and walked out. That was just ridiculous.
