Dr. Howard Baskin focuses on the improvement and maintenance of his patients oral health. Dr. Baskin graduated from University of California, San Diego where he earned a Bachelors degree in biochemistry and Northwestern University where he obtained a Masters degree in biochemistry. He graduated from Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts with his D.M.D degree. After graduation, Dr. Baskin completed a General Dentistry residency affiliated with New York College of Medicine. He has been practicing dentistry for over 35 years.
Dr. Baskin has continuously been recognized as a Top Dentist in Westchester as identified by his peers and published in Westchester Magazine since 2008. Dr. Baskin was honored to serve on the Metlife Dental Advisory Board from 2002 to 2005 providing advice on the dental aspects of patient care and coverage involving MetLife insurance.

Dr. Baskin is very helpful and informative. Even when I was slightly late due to public transportation, he still did his best to take care of me and my dental procedure. The only issue I honestly had was with their payment system, in which I wasn't able to use my debit card at the office because the system wouldn't process it. Unfortunately, my only other way to pay at the time was cash, which took a little bit of time from what I had planned to take care of in my day to make sure that the bill was covered. Nonetheless I will always consider going to his office, while I still live in Westchester, for any dental procedures.

Dr. Baskin is an amazing dentist! My first visit to his office was due to the pain & sensitivity lasting two weeks following cavity treatment at another dentist's. I couldn't endure the pain when eating and brushing teeth any more. After my visit to Dr. Baskin yesterday, my pain has dramatically reduced, and now it doesn't hurt when eating and drinking. He was thorough to find my problem. Also, he explained everything in a nice and easy way to help me understand. Thank you, Dr. Baskin!

My first visit to Dr. Baskin office, was warm and friendly. Office was nice and clean and friendly. Staff was helpful. Dr. Baskin examined me and staff took my x-Rays. My first visit was a gem. No cavities, yay.... Looking forward to future cleanings. Thanks Mrs.Quijije My second visit to Dr. Baskin office was quick. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr.Baskin took extra care to explain to me, the important of flossing. I do need an extra visit, this time. Hopefully it will be quick as well. Love that he is quick and office, is not far from me.
