The check in person was very pleasant. The hygienist was reassuring, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Wood was calming, explained entire process and answered all my questions until I understood everything. Highly recommend this practice.

I love dr.wood he was so nice and the nurses were very tolerant with my anxiety attack. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and although I don't remember most of the experience the staff definitely treated me with lots of care and all took good precautions against covid 19.

Today was my first visit, and I have to go back for my procedure next month but I loved it! The staff and everyone there was so nice and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Was very disappointed to have my son's long-awaited wisdom teeth extraction appointment canceled via text. No explanation was given. Was then told there would be a 6month+ wait for another appointment. Looking for an alternative doctor now.

Thumbs up experience. All Covid precautions taken. Excellent communications online and in office. Confident Dr. Woods will do good job on extraction. He covered all details and seems very accessible. Good experience!

I was told the procedure was one price and then show up for my appointment and it had gone up in price. The office tried to cancel my appointment at 3:00pm the day before the appointment. The front desk lady proceeded to speak slower to me as if I didn't understand her the first time. I would suggest getting everything in writing. Rude pretentious staffing.

Our first visit was two thumbs up. The staff was very friendly and competent. Dr. Wood was pleasant and careful to explain the problem and solution in laymen's terms. Thanks to the efficient execution of of their schedule, we were in and out with no waiting.

Dr. Wood is a very good Oral Surgeon and despite the fact that the removal of all my wisdom teeth was going to be complex due to excessive nerve intersection with the roots and a massive impacted tooth into the back of my jaw, I suffered no complications. I healed quickly and was out of pain much sooner than I expected. Dr. Wood's bedside manner was far better than most dental professionals I've dealt with and the office staff is excellent. Would highly recommend.
