This place is a joke. They cancelled my cleaning, scheduled for what I thought was in Jan of 2023. Nope, They are scheduling out to 2024. Will not be going back to this place. What a joke of a business

DR.Honey is the most terrible dentist I have ever seen. She diagnosed me wrong. She didn't even give me a chance to tell her what tooth hurts me. The most terrible part her attitude with her patients. She gives you apps just to take your insurance's money with no interst to help. Don't go to this place.

If zero stars could be chosen, I would of given that. I have Been meaning to write this review for a while, I used to see Dr. Honey last year. She Ruined my teeth, did fillings in BETWEEN teeth to the point I can't even floss, now have to go all the way to Catskill NY for my appts to a highly credited dentist that is in the process to attempt to fix her botched work. They can't even believe she would fill in between teeth like that along with the other fillings that were done wrong that now have to be removed. I Was told by her that I needed two root canals and when I went to my new dentist/ endodontist they said they didn't know what she was talking about, only one tooth needed a root canal. At one appointment with her when she was filling a bottom molar of a very small cavity , she grinded it down so low to now the tooth is basically a nub. She goes from chair to chair in between patients, which if you have not been there before there is no separation or curtain of any of the chairs, and it's not hygienic or clean what so ever. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't properly sterilize their equipment. She is all about money as well. This woman should have her license taken away. It's funny how a lot of the bad reviews have been taken down because when I went on here a few months ago there were far more low reviews than there is now. If you have fedelis, and can't find any other provider except for her because there is a long waiting list or not accepting new patients In the area. Just do yourself a favor, and do not go to her. Look outside the area and find someone else because you will be suffering big time in the long run.

I recently switched to Valley Dental after having the same dentist for 30 years. I was having extreme pain and the office got me in within a week for an evaluation. I needed some extensive work done including 2 root canals/crowns. When concerned about the cost because my insurance didn't cover them, the office manager sat and talked about my options and the cost difference between them and any other insurance /discount plans available. Dr. Ojha was very nice and answered all my questions. She did both my root canals in 1 day which was a relief. When she put my crowns on, my bite was slightly off. They took me right in the next day and corrected it. So far very satisfied with my experience.

DO NOT go here. Worst experience of my life. Had an old filling fall out and my dentist retired. I was desperate to get it fixed before it started to hurt,which it never did hurt ever. Each time I went I sat in the waiting room an insane amount of time before being called in. First time I went to get it filled they didn't have the correct supplies to do so, I had to reschedule.When I finally went I felt very uncomfortable there and she has zero bedside manor. Felt almost like I was invisible. She didn't tell me much, didn't show me my xrays. She filled a small cavity (I think) which is too high and affects my bite. That tooth was behind the tooth the filling fell out of. She then drilled so much of my tooth away that only needed my filling replaced and now my tooth is way shorter than my others,it's sensitive to the touch. I can taste soreness when I lightly touch it w my tongue. I cannot eat ANYTHING on that side any longer at all. Now I need a root canal because she damaged my nerve. The nerve is almost exposed. Never again! I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

Horrible person. I think she's unhappy with life and takes it out on patients. I went there once and got checked for my wisdom tooth and she didn't even answer my questions I had. Horrible setting. I would go elsewhere.

Oh my goodness! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ojha! Her mama must've named her Honey bc she knew how sweet she was going to be! Despite having an extreme fear and bad past experiences, Dr. Ojha convinced me to get root canals on 2 teeth instead of pulling them, and I'm SOooo glad I did! This was the best, pain free, and quick dental experience I've ever had! The dentist is amazing, her staff is incredibly polite and professional. After all the horrible experiences I've had before, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

Dr. Ojha is truly a wonderful & caring dentist , which is rare in this area. thank you & your wonderful staff for all your help, you guys renewed my faith in dental care that isn't scary, miserable, & painful :) 10/10 would recommend

The further you stay away from this so called "dentist" the better! She has too many patients and no time. She filed my front tooth down so far that at one point - SHE told me, "I can fix it one more time but then no more." As of today - she's ruined my smile -because my front tooth now needs a Root Canal or a Veneer! She's told me several different things depending upon the date and time of when we spoke. She wouldn't even look at me - she sent someone else to tell me she's trying to save my tooth! My Health Insurance- will not be paying her and as of this moment: I would recommend that you keep your teeth and smile far away from her! Unless you want it ruined.

I just want any one who came to the reviews looking for comfort in picking a dentist that you have found your doctor ! She's so careing and sweet and takes all the time she can with you, so you don't feel like just another number she makes it known she cares about you and your treatment ...from the girls in the front all the way to dr.honey they make you feel very comfortable and welcome! I would definitely recommend any one here for dental care from old to young you want regret it!

Dr.Ojha is my dentist and I love her, she's the best. Always gets me in the same day for any issues. She always does great work. Her staff is friendly, kind and helpful. She did a great job on my root canals and fillings. I experienced no pain. I would definitely recommend going to her at Valley Dental for all your dental needs!

Wonderful Dentist! Pain free dental! She is kind, compassionate and does beautiful work. Heather is my favorite assistant! That girl rocks!
