Dr. Zadeh is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and Implant Surgery. He has served as tenured associate professor, Director of the post-doctoral periodontology (2012 to 2019), as well as Chair of Periodontology Section (2003-2006) at USC Ostrow School of Dentistry. Dr. Zadeh graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with a BS degree, followed by Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from USC Ostrow School of Dentistry. He completed post-doctoral clinical training in periodontology, as well as a PhD degree in immunology, at the University of Connecticut Health Center (UCHC) School of Dental Medicine and School of Medicine, respectively. Dr. Zadeh has lectured nationally and internationally in over 30 countries at prestigious conferences on topics ranging from aesthetics to minimally invasive periodontal and implant surgery, as well as tissue engineering.Dr Zadeh served as president of the Western Society of Periodontology (WSP) in 2017, which is the largest regional periodontology society spanning the 16 western US states and Canadian provinces.

Dr Zadeh is the innovator of the VISTA technique recognized around the world as one of the most effective methods for the treatment of gum recession. He has also innovated many concepts and devices, which have been patented and developed into products in clinical use in many countries.

Dr. Zadeh has directed the Laboratory for Immunoregulation and Tissue Engineering (LITE) at USC, which is a scientific research group dedicated to studying basic mechanisms to regulate bone and tissue regeneration and destruction under healthy and disease states, as well as conducting clinical trials of dental implant outcomes. He has an extensive publication track, including over 60 publications in peer-reviewed journals and numerous book chapters. He serves as an editorial reviewer for many scientific journals.

He served as a chartered scientific reviewer to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and chaired a scientific panel at the NIH Center for Scientific Review. Dr. Zadeh has served as the director of USC International Periodontal and Implant Symposium. Dr. Zadeh is the recipient of many honors and awards, including outstanding teaching award and outstanding service award from USC Ostrow School of Dentistry and many research grants.

He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Western Society of Periodontology (WSP), California Society of Periodontists (CSP), American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (AAED), Academy of Osseointegration (AO), American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), San Fernando Valley Dental Association (SFVDA) and Santa Barbara Ventura Dental Association (SBVDA).

Dr. Ali Zadeh has over 35 years of experience as a periodontist. He completed his post-doctoral periodontology clinical training at New York University (NYU). Upon completion of his training, he remained at NYU as a full-time faculty for five years. He subsequently served as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Southern California (USC).Dr Zadeh is a pioneer in the field of implant surgery as one of the first periodontists to perform osseointegrated surgical implant therapy in Los Angeles beginning in the 1980s. He believes strongly in lifelong learning and attends many continuing education programs at major academies throughout the year to stay abreast of the latest developments.

He also participates as an instructor in continuing education courses conducted on dental implants. He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), Academy of Osseointegration (AO), American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), and Santa Barbara Ventura Dental Association (SBVDA).

Dr. Orna Ourshalimi graduated from University of Southern California (USC) Ostrow School of Dentistry in 2003. She completed a year of comprehensive aesthetic residency at Esthetic Professionals. Dr. Ourshalimi received her bachelors degree in biology from California State University Northridge in 1999. She has been practicing in Los Angeles since 2004. Dr Ourshalimi is a skillful general practitioner, who performs all aspects of dentistry, including esthetic and cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge restorations, implant restoration, same-day digital crowns, bonding and veneers, Invisalign orthodontic therapy and root canal therapy.Outside the office, when she is not spending time with her nieces and nephew, she enjoys working out, reading and dining out with friends. She has a passion for traveling. So far, her favorite destination has been Australia.

Dr. Kia Karimi received his DMD degree from University of Szeged, Hungary 2010 and DDS from Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2014. His postgraduate training includes one year training in Advanced Clinical Training in Restorative Dentistry from UCLA School of Dentistry and, three additional years of training in Advanced Prosthodontics Residency from USC School of Dentistry which he completed in 2019.

He has been awarded The Most Accomplished Alumni in 2015 from University of Szeged, Max Sosin Scholarship in 2017 and 2019, and Howard Landesman Scholarship in 2018 from USC. He lectures nationally and Internationally on Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry and is a peer reviewer for dental journals such as Clinical Case Reports.

A board eligible prosthodontist, Dr. Karimis practice is focused on full mouth rehabilitations, implant and Minimally Invasive Cosmetic and Adhesive Dentistry. Dr. Karimi is a faculty member at UCLA School of Dentistry in the Postdoctoral Restorative Program where he teaches Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry.

I was born and raised in the Ojai Valley where I live with my three sons. I have been working in dentistry for over 30 years. I started as a dental assistant and also worked as front office staff. I returned to school to get my degree in dental hygiene. I graduated from West Los Angeles College in 2006 where I served as vice-president of my class.

I am the president of Sigma Phi Alpha chapter for West Los Angeles College and serve on the advisory board for accreditation. I have been actively involved with Ventura County Dental Hygiene Association as past president, trustee and membership chair. I am a member of the California Dental Hygiene association and the American Dental Hygiene Association. In addition to my hygiene license, I have a laser certification. I love the relationships I get to build with my patients; they are like family to me. I enjoy educating patients about their oral health and how they can improve on it.

I have been in the dental field since 1995. After graduating from Rio Mesa High School and receiving my certification as a dental assistant from the Regional Occupational Program in Camarillo, I went on to receive my registered dental hygienist license at the Oxnard College School of Dental Hygiene in 2005. I have been part of our Brighton Specialty Dental Group team since 2015. I am married and have two beautiful kids. In my free time, I enjoy spending time and making beautiful memories with my family, traveling and shopping.

Eilien received a BS in Dentistry from the Manila Central University in the Philippines in 1990 and her RDA license in 2008. She has worked as an RDA in the dental field for more than six years here in California. Eilien likes to attend seminars and learn new things about dentistry. Eilien is a warm, friendly, and courteous individual. She loves to spend time with her son and travel with her family.

I am a RDA and have been in the field since 2014. I have worked with every specialty and love everything about dentistry. I moved from back office to front office as a treatment coordinator, because being able to explain and educate patients on any treatment they need makes my career fulfilling. The last 4 years I've worked as an office manager. Outside of the office I enjoy traveling and spending time with my loved ones.
