Hands down, best experience ever! Dr. Cardenas and her staff is absolutely amazing! The entire team is very friendly, compassionate and kind! Dr. Cardenas was able to accommodate our special needs daughter and went over the procedure and explained everything very well. She communicated throughout the process and treated my daughter very gently and completely put her anxiety at ease! She was all smiles after her procedure and can't wait to see Dr. Cardenas for her next visit. The location is convenient and the wait time was very short! The reception staff is very organized and structured too. Highly recommend her to everyone!! Five stars are not enough!!

While Dr. Cardenas is good, the office isn't. They cannot handle their volume and they are horrible are coordinating. They set appointments, which never start until like an hour later. Have a tooth emergency? Forget it! They will not fit you in until weeks or months later. They also require payment for your next appointment or procedure a the time of scheduling, even if it falls on the next calendar year. Even after scheduling a visit, I called 3 weeks ahead to let them know a different tooth was hurting a lot, so they could evaluate it at my appointment or move my appointment sooner. They could not fit me in before the 3 weeks appointment. When I went to the appointment, after waiting the typical hour prior to being seen, the dr says the appointment is for a different tooth and she could not help me with the one that hurts. Then refers me for root canal eval. Honestly, if we knew my tooth hurt 3 weeks ago, and I called to check with her, why couldn't they refer me to the root canal dr at that time, instead of making me wait the 3 weeks, plus now an additional week for the root canal folks to fit me in? But what's gross negligence is that after I did the root canal, I called her back to get scheduled for the crown and I was told that they only had appointments a month and half later. They cannot handle emergencies. I called another dentist down the road, and they fit me in the same day for my temporary crowns. Honestly, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. She's competent, but cannot handle the volume.
