I was treated with nothing but professionalism from both Dr. Hernandez and his entire team. My braces have now been off for nearly 6 months. I had a good experience here. They are very quick and efficient, you'll go in there and be out in 20 minutes or so. They have a very laid back staff and I've never had any problems with them or their customer service.

The staff is very unprofessional. They do not advise you take any broken instruments to the next visit; therefore, they charged me for it, even though I called before showing up. Keep in mind that I live an hour away from the Doctor's office. Evidently unprofessional towards their clients.

I've had braces twice and I've never experienced a more unprofessional dental office. The staff is not only rude but the phone line is always down. The phone line even during business hours always goes to voicemail and doesn't allow you to leave a message which makes it hard if you need to move your appointment around. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
