I had to do a whitening and also get a consultation to get braces. Dr. O was super professional, helpful and was able to give me options that fit into my affordable insurance. Amazing service!

So I had a dental emergency and I was scheduled very quickly and had my tooth removed the very same day! If I could give you guys 100 stars I would, Dr. O made me feel very comfortable and safe and handled my procedure with care! I would recommend to anyone, as I will also be a new patient of Odex Dental from now on. Thanks so much everyone was so awesome! Keep up the great work!

If I were allowed to give ZERO stars, I would. The staff (specifically the front desk staff) are so disorganized it's a wonder anything gets done in that office. They don't return calls, I made numerous calls (and one visit) to the office to request a copy of my x-rays and still haven't received them. Also, I saw Dr. Odeghe as a new patient in June with a specific issue. Instead of addressing my immediate issue, he went tooth by tooth to tell me what was wrong and wanted to development a 'treatment plan' (that would no doubt cost $$$) If you value your teeth, your time, and your wallet STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST.

Been going here for years with Dr. Orlansky. Dr. Odeghe is a great new addition and was just as wonderful. Suzanne is also a lovely and kind hygienist. Greatest dental care I've received in Cleveland!

Ok I want to start out how short the wait list was for my exam then my procedure a week or so later ! When I finally got my procedure Dr. Odeghe and his Amazing assistant Dr.Monica were so tentative during the whole procedure. Monica knew I was so nervous she even brought in a fan because I was hot and nervous and checked on me through it all . They constantly reassured me and made sure I was ok and if I was in any pain at the slightest they would stop and fix it they also seen that my lips were a bit dry and put Vaseline on during the procedure . I'm scheduled for two more procedures later next month . This is officially my dental home ! Thank you for all that you guys did and do so appreciative!

Got my teeth done there a few weeks ago by doctor odeghe and it was an awesome experience. Sincerely up until that point I had not been to the dentist in almost 6 years so I decided to check out their dentistry office in ohio and I can humbly say that I look forward to having a smile on my face everyday especially now that we're in the summer so that sun hits the shiny gloss looking cleanse that they just gave me over there. I'm truly excited and looking forward to my next visit with them. Definitely a 5 star rating. They were patient with me cause I was a little nervous but I got through it and doctor odeghe was awesome with his expertise. Definitely encourage having him as your primary when it comes to your oral care.

I have been going here for 20 years. Dr. Orlansky, Suzanna, Jasmine and Erin are wonderful! Dr. Odeghe, and I apologize if I misspelled it, is a great new dentist here!!! I am a total chicken about dental drills, but my two cavities got filled with maybe a twinge or two and that's it. It's a very pleasant and friendly office, very professional.

Dr Orlansky and his entire staff are great. The Dental Hygienists and Dr Orlansky are very thorough and patient. The receptionists are so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this Dental Office.

Dr. Orlansky is a very professional and experienced dentist, imo . My wife and me, are his patients since 2005. We're both, very satisfied with his work. Susana does great work as well and is very friendly! I recommend this dentist office

Horrible communication. I had an appointment set and never received any confirmation. The receptionist said she called me but never received a call. Never received an email confirmation. I waited a whole month for my appointment just for them to tell me we had to reschedule because the the doctor was out of the office. AND I HAD TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL MONTH! I was so upset. I will never book with this company again. So unprofessional.
