I had a crown done today with Dr. Chang and I was so nervous before the procedure. He was very easy and did such a great job to make me feel comfortable, soon got over my nervousness. His assistant Brenda knows what she is doing and very well trained in making the experience easy. Thanks to the both of you, will be back for sure!

Dr. Chang and staff are the best! I always feel welcomed, informed, and kept out of pain for the procedures! Their appointment system is streamlined and they keep in touch via texts. Highly recommend!

After a teeth cleaning, per what I was told, I would be expecting a phone call to schedule an appointment (for other work aside from the routine cleaning) . . . that was two weeks ago and still haven't received a call. Not sure why I wasn't able to schedule the appointment right after my cleaning (as I usually do when I visit) and I didn't even get an appointment for my second cleaning later in the year (again, as I usual do). I'm not sure what the expectation is here but I think the system in place before worked best. AFTER (I paid before for some reason) the cleaning I would pay and I get my second cleaning appointment scheduled. At which time I should have been able to schedule any additional appointments needed. I've been going to this dentist office since I was a child and would love to continue on but we'll see if I get that phone call I was promised UPDATE: I got the phone call yesterday (7weeks later)! I was asked to call back to schedule an appointment because they have openings next week. Definitely getting the impression I was only called BECAUSE they have time for me now.

Stop hesitating and go here for your teeth's sake. Don't prolong it as it'll only cause pain and cost more money. Had two impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Chang. My trust in his skills is absolute, and will continue to be to get my other teeth fixed. All the people I've interacted with were caring and professional. Recovery with minimal discomfort and no prolong pains. He even personally called the next day to check up.

On Saturday afternoon, my tooth was aching so much and called an emergency appointment with Dr. Chang and he was able to see me right away. He prescribed me some antibiotics and pain pills and that alleviate my suffering. Dr. Chang and his staff are true trooper. Very caring professionals. I had my teeth cleaned on Dec 4, 2020 by Christine. She did a wonderful job in doing so. She was very caring and always ask if I'm doing okay and explaining her actions throughout the process. A job well done.

Take you in give you a deep cleaning cause your in pain when you complain he says oh your feeling pain from the deep cleaning come in in another two months to see if your still in painwhen I was hurting before He doesn't know his job and on top of that I lost mine getting mad at others all over my teeth I asked him to fix

Dr Chang and his staff are very professional and he is very good at what he does. They all make you feel comfortable and Dr Chang is such a great dentist. You will not be sorry by making an appointment with him. The staff is very sweet too.

This is my first time visit for consultation. Dr. Chang provides me very informative, practical, economical suggestions, plans, cautions for treatment. I will make decisions and start treatment soon.
