Dr. Rick A. Kushner is President, Founder, CEO and CFO of Comfort Dental, the largest and most successful dental franchise in the world. Dr. Stella has always been courteous and very respectful knowing most people do not like dentists. She listens and remembers when speaking about issues with prior dentists. She also is very good about making sure your comfort level is acceptable, especially when it comes to numbing a tooth to be worked on. I've even received calls hours after a procedure to assess pain levels and if everything is okay.

I asked her to completely replace a broken filling the other dentist broke and nope...she allowed me to walk out with a broken filling 3 times. I'm filling a complaint...
