I was born in Suffolk and was raised in Virginia Beach. After graduating from Old Dominion University in 1983 with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene, I married my high school sweetheart. I live in Chesapeake with my husband James and our daughter Brittany. After practicing dental hygiene in Suffolk for 22 years, I became part of Dr Zak-Ramsay's dental team in 2005. It has been a great experience to be a part of my patient's dental care for so many years. When I am away from work I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and writing calligraphy.

I was born and raised in Minnesota. After high school I joined the Navy and served for four years. After the Navy I went to college and earned my degree in Dental Hygiene. I moved to Virgnia in 1993 and have been practicing Dental Hygiene ever since. In 2007 I joined Dr Zak-Ramsay's practice filling in temporarily as needed. I loved working here so much I joined permanently in 2009. When I am not educating patients and helping them achieve the beautiful smile they have always wanted, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and two boys. We all love to camp, travel, and go to the beach.
