My son and I had an amazing experience with Dr Haz. Very professional. The staff, Maria and Tracy :), were friendly and helpful. I'm glad I found this dental office when I was searching for an office that was covered by my insurance.

I've had nothing but continuing bad experiences with this office. From them getting upset and refusing to treat my 8 yo son because he began crying because he was scared of treatment, mind you they already numbed him at this point, and refused to treat him, to the overpayment and insurance fraud with my braces. Also, they told me I would get Invisalign and gave me a different brand. Here is the kicker, I've been overpaying and they are demanding further payment, when my insurance is telling me I've overpaid. Now just recently they broke my husbands molar when removing his wisdom tooth. Not only did they not go through his insurance for their service and charged him at a 100% but they charged him for a bone graft that was not even needed for a wisdom tooth. He later found out from his insurance, and other dentists, he didn't need it and they charged him for it. I currently have a grievance out with my insurance for my overpayment of my braces and now we are looking into medical malpractice for my husband. He went from needing his wisdom tooth removed, to having to get his molar extracted because she cracked it and it got badly infected. Not only did she never call him or her office after the other dental office called them to tell him what happened but they wanted to charge him another $400 to pull out the tooth they broke! I've never had to deal with anything like this and it's unfortunate that it's from a dental office.

Dr. Haz is seriously the best dentist I have ever been to. She is extremely gentle and only cares about what's best for her patients. Her outgoing personality is so lovely you would not believe you are at a dentist office and maybe think you have been magically sent to a comedy club. Her prices are affordable and you know you will always be in good hands. I thought I needed a root canal on a badly chipped tooth and she saved it with a filling. Dr. Haz also never pushes teeth whitening or straightening like so many other dentists. She is a true professional.

I was at Dr. Haz dental office about a year ago. She changed my crown and put a new one in even thought my previous crown was fine. This new crown was also poorly placed, and after going to see other dentists, found out that the tooth next to my crown is going bad as well due to the large amount of food collecting under my crown, which also needs to be replaced. I was disappointed because she told me everything went great but as soon as a day after the procedure I also got the worse toothaches, which continue to this day whenever I eat something so I'm forced to chew with my other side of the mouth. If you want something done right, Dr. Haz dental isn't for you.

Dr. Haz and her staff are super accommodating. I drive 40 minutes to come see her and my mom refuses to see any other dentist. They are trustworthy and reasonably priced. It's totally worth the drive!

I had two visits to Haz Dental in one week. The first visit was with Dr Hazrati, she was AWESOME! She answered all my questions and filled my cavity in the same visit. She prepped me on what I'd feel and how I could remedy it once home. I had zero pain!! The second visit was for a deep cleaning, I was there for 2 hours and Patty (I "think" was her name) was amazing. She eased my nerves and answered all questions and walked me through what she was doing and what I could expect to feel. I have dental insurance, but have elected to go to Haz Dental dental, which (unfortunately) doesn't accept my insurance because of the customer service and hours of operation. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if you're anxious about dental visits!! Thank you
