As many others mentioned, the doctors and hygienists are great but the front staff is just awful. Honestly, Ive been treated better at the DMV. Kindness goes a long way ladies.

THE GIRLS THAT ANSWER THE PHONE ARE RUDE AND NEITHER OF THEM KNOW WHAT THEY DOING IS THIS DOCTOR DOESNT CHANGE THESE PHONE OPERATORS HE WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS

Front desk is a mess loose paperwork don't know when appointments are etc. Dentist isn't great either

Totally awful experience. Dr. Kind was supposed to conduct my root canal today 11/18 but she refused due to my gag reflex. When I asked her my options, she told me to go to another dentist that offered Nitrus Oxide, which that specific dentist did not even offer when I inquired. When I asked Dr. Kind if my tooth will get worse, she laughed and said 'it's already rotten'. This is a very unprofessional office. The employees all look at you strange and talk down to you. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place has been my dental office for years & i have to say this is by far one of the best. All the doctors & staff are so nice & they make me feel safe, especially being nervous about the dentist. Highly recommend!!!

Dentist does great work but the front desk people nothing but attitudes. Every single time. They act as if you are doing them a favor. In the waiting room it feels as if you are in a police precinct: take a seat and don't ask questions. Hangin up on people left and right and expressing frustration in front of costumers. Why they even bother showing up for work, just stay home. Maybe some costumer service classes are in order or continue to lose costumers.

My husband goes to this dentist ,all I have to say is make sure you bring your wallet ... the office is all about money ... they make up things so they can bill the insurance and than your left with a 300 dollar bill when all the doctor did was take off a cap which I could of done for him at home for free ... when you ask to see an explanation of benefits they print out a form that have a bunch of patients on it and just numbers and they just write the numbers down on a piece of paper without any explanation to what your paying for..the doctor is very rude and will only accomplish one thing at a time , I called a week ahead for an appointment and they charged me an emergency visit fee... they will find any way to get money from there patients ; as a nurse the patient care is horrible , the doctor brushes you off if you explain your concerns to him and belittles you ; people go to the dentist to fix the problem.. when you express your concerns the doctor will disregard you and than when you call back to make another appointment he will say why didn't you tell me about that issue the last time you were here when clearly you did... all of the doctors have no bedside manner and it's unfortunate as a medical professional you always put your patients first and you listen and if they have concerns / questions are in pain you acknowledge them not say everything is fine and in reality you go back in a months with the same issue and they say why didn't you tell us sooner when you clearly told them at your last appointment ... I know that many people have made great reviews but honestly I don't see it.. I didn't encounter what they did , I hope this review helps someone .. because I wish someone would of alerted me before going to this dentist

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I had a crown put on a tooth which has been an absolute nightmare. Every 3 months it falls off. For the past 3 days I've been trying to get an appointment to put it back on as the sharp tooth is cutting into my tongue causing me to bleed. I have been given the run around an was told this isn't classified as an emergency by the state an due to COVID 19 that I cannot be seen until June. Now Dr. Weisenfeld office won't even answer the phone. I called my insurance and they gave me a list of new dentists I can switch to. While calling around trying to see who has earliest appointment 7 different Dentists in Staten Island told me they can see me for it. DO NOT GO HERE! They will gladly take your money and when you have a problem...Oh well

After my insurance changed, I was searching for an easily accessible dentist in my neighborhood. I read so many great reviews online for Weisenfeld's dentistry so I decided to give them a try. I went for a regular teeth cleaning and check up and did not like my first experience at all. Going to the dentist is nerve wracking enough for me and I didn't feel any welcoming vibe coming here. Though the overall appearance of the office is very clean and modern, in terms of bed-side manners, very poor. I felt like I was left in the dark on the state of my teeth. I had the x-rays done and instead of being thoroughly explained to on what they see, they just gossiped with their backs turned to me about it and was about to walk away. If it wasn't for me questioning and asking them if they can clarify and fill me in on what was going on, I wouldn't have known I had a cavity. The lady who saw me and helped cleaned my teeth was overall nice, but I didn't feel her work was gentle... let's just say never have I seen so much blood in my mouth and only being told I have mild gingivitis. Litteral chunks of gum tissue came out and looked as though I just had my period. Though I do have a cavity, they claimed it was so severe it needed to be extracted immediately despite never feeling or noticing it before the visit. Never coming back to this office again. I hope this review helps someone out there decide if this is the right dentistry for them.

Appointments always getting cancelled or rescheduled then I'll get a call from the office to reschedule again, impossible to get an appt. Once dr Sarlo Seen my 5 yr old son he walked in didn't say a word to us, looked in his mouth and walked out. Not a pleasant or welcoming environment and poor bedside manner, just feels like it's all business. Dr diamondstein did a few fillings for me, my teeth were hurting for months after and one cracked a yr later. Now they say they're only taking emergency visits after COVID. My family and I switched to a different dentist, they seen us right away, and we couldn't be happier.

spent thousands to have dr weisenfeld do my crowns ....having problems with them years later two dentists have conformed that he scammed me with cheap materials and improper fitting ....I need implants now in all of my front teeth ....I'm in the hole 40k.....dr weisenfeld is all about the money .... the office is terribly rude .....
