Dr. Hani Jabbour, dentist in Walnut Creek, CA, embarked on his journey into dentistry by obtaining his Bachelors degree in Biology from Santa Clara University. With his undergraduate degree under his belt, he went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1998 from Temple University School of Dentistry located in Philadelphia, PA.
After completing his residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Martinez, Dr. Jabbour began his private practice dental office in the Bay Area. Today, Dr. Jabbour is a passionate dentist in Walnut Creek, CA, pursuing his mission to provide patients with their dream smile.
Dr. Jabbour knows that the perfect smile takes precision as well as a depth of knowledge in multiple aspects of dentistry. In the first step towards her career in dentistry, Walnut Creek dentist, Dr. Julie Kwon graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Armed with her undergraduate degree, she obtained her doctorate from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia. Next, she successfully completed her residency program at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY before relocating to California.
Here in California, Dr. Kwon continued to practice general dentistry. Soon after, in 2002, Dr. Kwon and her husband, Dr. Hani Jabbour, launched a dental practice of their own. As a dedicated dentist in Walnut Creek, CA, Dr. Kwon has had the pleasure of delivering the high level of dentistry that she loves.
Dr. Kwon knows that she must be committed to a lifetime of continuing education in order to deliver the consistently exceptional results that her patients deserve. She maintains clinical excellence through ongoing continued education, and is passionate about staying current with the latest technologies and advances in dentistry.
Dr. Kwon has developed a particular interest in designing beautiful smiles. In fact, her enthusiasm for cosmetic dentistry has led her to seek continuing education opportunities with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. I LOVE this staff! I actually laughed while at my dental appointment?!? Seriously! You can tell that this team really loves what they do, they all work so well together. I came in with so many issues a couple months ago and I was dreading my appointments but they have helped me in such a short time I'm actually looking forward to my next appt! Dr. Kwon, Mehwish: I can finally sip cold water again, and I can chew on my right side! LOL! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! <3 <3 <3

Dr. Kwon, Dr. Jabbour and their entire staff are exceptional. They strive for excellence, always seeking ways to improve patient comfort and satisfaction. They have modern equipment which is a plus in my book. Crown replacements are done same day. Yes, same day! There is no going back a week or two later to replace a "temp" crown. Highly recommended!

I needed to find a dentist in Walnut Creek after moving from LA. K&J are close to work and home, and I thought I'd give them a try after reviewing their reviews. I have outstanding dental health, but like many people I dread going to the dentist. At first I was skeptical, because the practice required me to schedule a "pre-exam exam" to determine "what kind of cleaning I need." I scheduled an appointment after being told this initial visit would likely be covered by my insurance plan. When I arrived I was greeted by Maria, one of the nicest, most professional receptionists I've ever met. A few minutes later (right on time, in fact) the hygienist, Mehwish, called me back for X-rays. In addition to the standard film-down-your-throat-until-you-choke pictures, she placed me in a contraption that took a 360-degree view of my teeth and jaw. It was straight out of A Clockwork Orange, minus the vise to prop open your eyes. Dr. Kwon then completed the "pre-exam" by gently probing my teeth and gums (which, and I cannot emphasize this enough, I truly hate). She took the time to explain what and why she was doing everything, listened to my replies to her questions and reassured me that there would be minimal discomfort. Everything checked out (as I suspected it would), and I scheduled my "real" exam for a few weeks later. Based on my initial visit, I highly recommend K&J. The Secret Services earpieces everyone in the office wears are a bit odd, but everyone was thoroughly professional and genuinely nice. Dental care in LA can be hit-or-miss, but I'm starting to see the benefits of life in the Bay Area 'burbs

Best dentists ever! I had implants by a specialist and the temporary teeth made by Dr. Jabbour. I'm now ready to start getting the permanent teeth made. I'm just doing the uppers now, but will definitely get the lowers done after this. I always had a fear of dentistry which is now gone since I feel I am finally in good hands! Everyone in this office from the front desk to the back is highly professional and make everything look easy! The office is impeccable and you won't be disappointed if you choose either one of these dentists!
