Dr. Howard Kim was born and grew up in Seoul, South Korea. He attended Kyunghee University where he completed his undergraduate and dental degree. He became an oral surgeon by earning his MSD in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and his PhD in Oral Biology and Pathology. He also completed his fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Tokyo. With his credentials, he became a professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Korea.
Dr. Kim is always expanding his knowledge in dentistry by attending continuing education courses, and by being a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Orange County Dental Society, and the Korean American Dental Association.
