My kids have been going to Dr. Thai since they were toddlers and have always had a great experience at her office. Dr. Thai is extremely patient and explains each step so my kids understand what to expect. When they were younger, she even sang songs during the exam to make them feel more comfortable. She and her staff are incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. I know that my kids will get the best dental care with Dr. Thai and would highly recommend her to all parents.

I just like to say that I'm so disappointed, Yes the staff are very sweet my daughter loved it ..but she need to have done 2 root canals in her back molar, but my insurance didn't cover therefore I have to pay almost $500, the day of her procedure I called explained that if I could split my payment in 2 since she needed to go back for for her second visit that I didn't have the $500.. and all their response was that it was office policy that I needed to pay it all , and If I needed to reschedule.. sadly I had to cancel her appointment .. is money more important ?? now I have to find another dentist and hopefully they can be more understanding and flexible..

Dr Thai is so caring with my kids and gentle while working on their teeth. We have been going here for years. My kids actually enjoy their dental appointments, which is a testament to her work with children. I highly recommend Dr Thai.

I would like to recommend this dental clinic to every body, the clinic was very clean and that is very important, specially in this times, the staff was very friendly and profesional, one thing I really really loved is that the staff took the time to make friend with my kids, they were making them laugh and smile all thru out the visit which makes it easier for me to bring them again ( no more struggling ) They were very efficient and careful not to hurt my kids. I am very happy that I picked this clinic. Also the prices are great

Dr.Thai is an incredible doctor! I called the office on a Friday before Labor Day weekend. They happened to be closed and she herself had answered the phone while doing paperwork. I made the call in regards to my 18 month olds gums. She woke up with super inflamed gums and in so much pain. Dr.Thai told me you are welcome to bring her in although I have no staff or if easier for you. You can take pictures and email them to me and we can go from there. I was worried because it going to be a long weekend with this concern. I was able to take good pics and she already could tell what the issue was. She sent in a prescription to my kaiser pharmacy and I was so relieved we could resolve this issue with just one phone call. She is such a genuine, affectionate, and caring dr. Top level care I haven't experienced in years.

Who is not scared of the dentist?! I'm an adult and I've been seeing a dentist since forever! But it still stresses me out. My daughters, on the other hand, love the dentist and I'm sure it's because of Dr. Thai. My 3 year old's first visit started out like you'd expect, she was just not having it when Dr. Thai's staff tried to clean her teeth. I thought there would be no chance of her getting her teeth cleaned because she was screaming and kicking like a totally normal/crazy toddler. Boy was I wrong. Dr Thai worked her magic and calmed my daughter down by singing children songs all while getting my child to open her mouth for the examination. I don't know how Dr.Thai got through the full exam, but she did. My daughter's second visit started with the same normal/crazy because she was still afraid of the staff but Dr. Thai was able to soothe her again. By her third visit my daughter wasn't afraid at all - I think anyone could have helped her because she now had positive dentist memories. My daughter asked me to buy her the dentist Barbie bc she wants to be a dentist like Dr. Thai . As for my other daughter, who was 10 at the time, Dr. Thai didn't have to sing a tune but she sure would have liked it. Now if only I could get my dentist to hummm something for me! If your child is scared of the dentist because they are traumatized or scared because it's new to them then I highly recommend you give Dr. Thai and her staff a try. They are awesome!

Dr ha is evil, if there is a negative star I will give her infinity negative stars. all she cares is money and money and how much she can make from destroy the kids teeth. She distroyed my sons teeth by doing in necessary filling on my sons teeth. Maybe I should file a law suit on her to withdraw her license. She seems good with kids at first but be aware bc she will make your kids do filling that not necessary. When I came here.... I felt like they tried to make a sale instead of go to the dentist place.... first they did the X-ray and tell my kids that he has cavities between the teeth and show me the model of the cavity between the kids.... and threat me if he doesn't get done he will has the tooth pull out.... and guess what when she did open the cavities....there wasn't cavities.... and later my son end up had infection and the tooth got pull out.....so we stopped going there.... if you go to other dentists places.... they don't do that.... if they see the cavities small... they just tell you to brush good, floss and next time if it gets bigger then they will do if it necessary. On my other kid, she told us that need to do the filling but guess what... I told her to take the X-ray to see when the new teeth come out and she did and the new teeth come out in a few months..... so what the point of doing the filling if the new teeth gonna come out soon.... so be aware if she tell you that your kids need filling.... make sure to wait first ... and X-ray when the new teeth gonna come out.... I feel like this place is for selling items.... dentist have no morality at all..... dr. Ha mostly care about the money..... she did unnecessary filling on my son now, he suffers even more on his teeth now plus he got infection and the tooth got pull out and other tooth got filling.... the filling came out .... it was only been less than 2 years..... think twice before your kids get anything done here..... dentist should be moral think about the patients instead of moneys......DR Ha is evil..... DON'T COME HERE...... the place is old

I never write reviews for anything, but was blown away by our first visit to Dr. Thai's office. My son is deathly scared of going to the dentist because we had a bad experience at another office. He's six years old so he remembers everything from that last office. After lots of bribery, we got him in to see Dr. Thai. Immediately, he felt at ease because he saw other kids playing in the play room. Sure, the play room is a little old and dated, but kids don't need much. When they took him into the back, he noticed the TV right away and gave me the biggest smile. He knew he was in good hands. Dr. Thai walked us through the whole procedure and patiently answered all our questions. Our last dentist told us our son had tons of cavities that needed to be addressed right away, but Dr. Thai explained she would put a watch on some of them as they didn't seem too bad. With good brushing and flossing, she said the cavity would be easily managed and would probably eventually go away. As a parent, the last thing I want for my child is for him to go through unnecessary invasive procedures so I'm really comfortable with Dr. Thai's cautious and gentle approach. I honestly have told ALL my friends and family with kids to come see Dr. Thai. Even if you don't live close by (we come from Morgan Hill), it's totally worth the drive if your kids won't be scared to see the dentist anymore!

Our son has been seeing Dr. Thai for 2.5 years. He absolutely loves going to the dentist. Kids can tell when a person truly loves kids or just endures kids. It shows in Dr. Thai's bed side manners that she absolutely loves kids and the kids pick up on that. Dr. Thai will work to earn your child's trust first. Trust is what makes the difference between a good practice a great practice.

1st visit was great and Dr Thai did an extraction that a different dentist tried but couldn't so I am grateful for that. And Arzu at the front desk is really nice. On the 2nd visit my son was happy as we headed to the "nice" dentist and he knew he needed a filling. Since he never used nitrous before for fillings I told Dr Thai not to use nitrous because I prefer to avoid drugs when possible. It was a mistake because when she started he started to cry and would not cooperate or calm down so we had to leave. He was traumatized from the other dentist (failed extraction). So I was worried and didn't go back right away and also had a death in the family so we didn't complete the treatment plan. When we went back 9 months later Eve at the front desk was extremely rude with a stone cold look (not pleasant grin) and in a condescending way informed me that a letter was sent to inform me that I was no longer a patient there since I did not return timely to complete the treatment plan. I spoke to Dr Thai and she explained that it was a legal letter to make sure I couldn't sue her and she also explained that she was personally very upset about how my son got upset at the last appointment because we didn't use nitrous. I feel like Dr Thai is more concerned with protecting herself legally and about her own feelings and Eve on her staff is rude.

Great dental experience for the kids with Dr. Thai. She is extremely knowledgable, compassionate, and considerate for her patient's needs. I would strongly recommend anyone with kids to make an appointment to see Dr. Thai.

Our son has been seeing Dr Jacky Thai for 3 years, since he was 2. We visit Dr Jacky everything 6 months for check ups and I've never seen a kid so excited to go to the dentist. In fact, prior to the last visit our son asked, "Does Dr Jacky love me?" We asked why the question. His reply, "I want Dr. Jacky to be proud of me." He genuinely can't wait to go again. There seems to be an internal clock with him because a few weeks before an appointment he'll ask when is the next appointment. He feels welcomed, and to Dr. J's credit, he feels as though she is genuinely invested in his health - in which she is. Pretty strong testament in my mind. Admittedly I've become better patient with oral care since he started visiting the dentist. As a family we've all gotten on board with his commitment. We recognize it takes us to support his care. Dr. Jackie is there as our coach to make sure we're on track. Wish she could be my dentist. She specializes in children only.
