This is the absolute worse place to go!!! My mom is 70 years old can barely walk and because of my work schedule and their hours she had to get Ubers to every visit. She had to get at least 6 impressions for these results!!!! TERRIBLE!! So unprofessional and dirty!! The only reason they get one star is because I had to in order to post!

I am new to Dr.Phillips office and I LOVE IT!! My grandma goes here as well and she also loves Dr.Phillips.The girls at the front are super nice and helpful. I had no dental insurance but they helped me get a dental plan to help cover my treatment needed. Dr.Phillips is so gentle and care about your needs and listen to your concerns. I would recommend him to anyone and especially my family and friends.

first appointment Awful experience ! It was JUST a referral for extraction I will never recommend anyone and I will not step on their property I was mistreated physically and over the phone the creature on the desk didn't want to remember her name she has no ethics and she is unprofessional never met a creature like her finished the appointment she tells me I will call you the next day for the referral never heard for a week! Called in today she never did anything and never will asked for simple information email and fax .. what a shame and loss for their business the whole point of the aware of and complain so no one will be mistreated .

Dr. Guy Phillips is the Best dentist l ever went to. His work is precise. He goes through every step, to make sure once the works is complete, you won't have to go back because of a problem. His staff is friendly and couterious.

Been visiting this dentist for years and had quite a bit of work done. Dr. Phillips is a great guy and very compassionate. Hygienist is new and does good work. However the office manager is very unprofessional and a lack of respect, no consideration for anyone trying to reschedule or any misfortunes especially in an era with strained finances and covid. Might be best looking elsewhere to avoid the same experience.

I work closely with Candy who is in the office. I send almost all my clients over there that are close in proximity. I have heard nothing but great reviews. I wouldn't send my clients somewhere if I heard multiple complaints and this just had not happened. Candy is wonderful to work with.

I've been coming to this office for 5 years. Loved Mary because she was warm and genuine. Dr. Phillips is a good dentist, however he should consider parting ways with his wife as an office manager. I referred my mother who set an appointment. After her consultation she was scheduled to come in to have fillings done. When they called to confirm she asked to reschedule. My mother is older and deals with blood pressure issues from time to time so she can't have dental work done if she isn't feeling well. Though she prefers not to discuss her health issues with the office secretary, she was questioned as to WHY she needed to reschedule because she is causing an inconvenience to the office. I went in for an appointment and inquired as to why she had had the experience she did and was confronted with the WORST attitude from Candy Phillips. She was so rude and I immediately understood why my mother was upset. This office is obviously struggling to maintain business to the point where they will berate you for rescheduling. Unacceptable. The cost of doing business is to have to fill in where someone has to cancel for reasons beyond their control.

Beware. I'm upset at how this office years it's patients. During a time such as this medical professionals should be concerned with the health and safety of their patients and not simply concerned with charging exaggerated amounts for cancellation fees. Do not go here

I really like (almost) all of the staff at this office, but I'm genuinely concerned about the quality of the work I've had done. My teeth are in very rough shape after 10 years with no dental work save a couple emergency extractions, so I definitely need a lot of work. Unfortunately, it seems like they have a very difficult time positioning crowns properly and there are gaps at the tops of two of them which are still extremely sensitive - which kind of negates the entire purpose of getting the crowns in the first place. I continue going to the office only because it's the only place nearby that is covered by my insurance, otherwise I would switch to a different provider. -\_(tsu)_/-

I wanted to cancel my appointment on yesterday 11/03/2020 and this morning she called at 11/04/2020 she was very rude and said she will charge me 150.00 for not showing up and I told her to send it to collection she said yes I will and add more fees. This office is very nasty and very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend any one here.

I would have to strongly disagree with the rest of these reviews. I have only had wonderful experiences with Dr. phillips and his staff! They are the most thoughtful and generous people I have ever met. I truly do feel that dr. Phillips does only the necessary treatment and has never forced me into getting a procedure. If your looking for a calm gentle dentist dr Phillips is your guy!!

My permanent crown broke apart after only 3-years! He wanted to charge me $10k for replacing it!! The dentist clearly lack soft skills and the woman admin yells instead of talking to her customers! They used to be good but since the older lady admin left a few years ago, they have gone downhill!
