Very pleasure office staff and Dr. Gustavo is exceptional. Explains every part of procedure before starting. The continues to explain each step as he and his assistant perform the procedure. Takes time through to address any concerns, all while letting patient know what comes next and what to expect. Would absolutely recommend him and his staff to any of my friends and family. Thank you for the terrific service. Hands down a five star place go.

I had a root canal done here and was extremely impressed. Dr Fuentes is very skilled and unhurried with administering local anesthesia resulting in a basically painless experience. He also carefully explains each step in the process helping to reduce anxiety. The results wer excellent also. Highly recommend.

What an experience. From the time I entered to the time I left, was great. All staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Fuentes was nice, professional and educational. He was delicate, as I am a baby at the dentist offices due to bad experiences as a kid. He explained everything as he went which was nice and think it helped calm me. And best of all, he made sure I was numb before doing anything. I did not feel a thing other then vibrations during my visit. Highly recommend.

Dr. Fuentes was great. No pain and very thorough explanation of what he was doing. The staff was very considerate. They have been together 20 years. I felt compelled to take them a bag of mangoes and pecans!

I did not have the opportunity to meet Dr. Fuentes no thanks to his receptionist, who also turned out to be the "manager", Maria. My dentist informed me that I would need a root canal, so I researched some affordable options in my area and stumbled across Dr. Fuentes's office and decided to call and setup an appointment. Maria greeted promptly and began asking a series of ill organized questions, either distracted from her duties or not properly trained. I begin to hear a phone ringing, not distant in the background but directly into the phone as if to hold it near her face to see who may be calling. The personal phone rang quite a few times, not silenced, before Maria ask to place me on hold, assuming so she can answer her personal phone(an I-phone with the standard I-phone ringtone) Mind you I am a new patient seeking a service being provided. Never the less, she returns to the line and I politely say" I'm sorry ma'am, did you place me on hold so that you may answer your phone." Without hesitation and in a immediate defensive responsiveness she says "NO!, Excuse me that is not any of your business, who are you to ask me that question. You are being very disrespectful and rude. It is not your business to ask me what I am doing". I politely respond(because there is incentive for me to keep the peace_still in need of a root canal), "Ma'am, I am a new patient seeking counsel, and I believe it to be a bit unprofessional to have a loud ringtone play without silencing it, and have the ring continue up until I was placed on mute." She stammers a bit and continues on about how disrespectful I am being and says" Excuse me who are you to ask me personal information? As a matter of fact we do not need patients like you." And then hangs up the phone on me. I am eager to reach the Dentist as well as a superior to this "Maria" to verify my claims that she has an I-phone with the standardized ringtone. How else would I know this when I live 40 miles away from their office. If left not rectified my assumptions of this office and their conduct of operation will be confirmed and would like others to know what to expect from the receptionist who represents a reputable dentist.

If google would let me give them 0 stars I would!!!! The worst experience of our lives they have no customer service they are not professional at all my husband had an appointment and was running late I called them and they had told me they had another opening if I wanted to change to that I told them that he had just left the house a good 10 minutes ago and they told me just tell him to come in whenever he gets here he gets there an hour early but it was exactly the other appointment that they had opened which the lady did not want to make the appointment I guess it was too much work for her when he gets there they never even greeted him they told him in a bad tone what's your name and you know you're late then to top it off I guess the lady was ticked off about it and told him all you know you miss your other appointment to mind you this was the owner so she says of the place when my husband saw that she kept on going on and Heidi which was the one I spoke to over the phone came out and started saying stuff to him too.... I don't know about you but if I'm gonna be paying over two grand to fix my mouth I would think I would get a little better Service . At the end he gave her back the paperwork and said never mind I don't want to do anything here I then called and the so called owner got the phone and gave me an attitude as well at that point I was upset and I did tell her I highly doubt that your supervisor or owner with that bad attitude I honestly think you're just a deadbeat maybe was a little too much on my side but to be honest anyone with that bad attitude customer service little professionalism it's hard to believe that there a business owner and I support small businesses because we have our own but I can't support this one

I didn't even get a chance to meet Dr. Fuentes. I was stuck on Daniel's (Like I have been before, sometimes even 2 hours). I had my wife call them and she Spoke with someone named Heidi she told her that there is a 9:30 appointment. my wife then called me back and told me I had my wife call back to see if they would change to the 9:30 at that time I guess it was too much work for Heidi to change the appointment for me and told he to just come in when I got there. I got there at 9:20 and the receptionist which turns out to be this so-called owner Maria never greeted me she said what's your name once I told her. she said do you know what time your appointment was...... in a very unprofessional and unfriendly tone. I said yes but my wife called... she said yes but I told her to get here as soon as you could! I I apologize and said it was at this time that I was able to get here, is it such a big deal that I made it late even though you knew I was going to be. then she started giving me paperwork to fill out and once I sat down she still had it in her that she wanted to look for trouble and said mind you.... you missed your last appointment as well you don't leave a doctor sitting waiting for you.... Now I'm a small business owner too and I don't like it when people leave me hanging but that's the downside to having a business but I would NEVER, NEVER treat or talk to a customer that we. As I was seeing the reviews now on Google I see that her favorite phrase is we don't need patients like you here, which was what she told me I really recommend her to read the book "how to win friends and influence on people" because Maria really needs it's. I have her the papers back and said never mind I don't want to do anything here, she then said very sarcastically as I was walking out the door "Enjoy your business" I wander if Dr. Fuentes knows what goes on in the front office..... I'm sure he wouldn't be to crazy about it!!!!......... I still can't believe she is the owner!

I have had two previous root canal procedures done. Dr. Fuentes was my third enodontist and the best. I am drawing from my very pleasant personal experience. His patient treatment was very gentle and had comfortably reassuring manner. He was also well recommended by my regular dentist.
