I had a great experience here. The dental assistant was so nice, professional and helpful. I left feeling better than when I came in, and that is very unusual for me since I usually hate going to the dentist. Dr. Grover was amazing. Honestly, the energy in the office was so kind and all of the staff were so kind to each other. I have to say, it is rare these days in the US to go to a medical sort of place and feel that the staff are not only incredibly good at what they do (every one seemed at the top of their game and at the height of advances in the field) but also that they seemed resourced (not burnt out, mean, going through the motions). This place is very rare and I truly wish that more dental and medical offices could be like this place. Thank you and I def recommend this office!

Excellent service and treatment. Very accommodating for families that need some flexibility with scheduling. Skilled dental team and dentist. Sophisticated technology, friendly environment. . . highly recommended.

Very good service. I had a dental emergency during the weekend and she very kindly answered her phone and gave me advice. I was not one of her patients but I am now!

The doctor and her hygienist, as well as the lovely lady working the front desk, have all been exceptionally kind and considerate without sacrificing their high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Dr Grover is terrific! She really listens to patients' concerns and questions, and is very thorough and attentive to detail. I feel that she's really committed to doing the best possible work and genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. I'm so glad she's my dentist!

Our family's experience at Dr. Grover's office was outstanding! From our initial and ongoing interactions with Elaine who assisted with appointments and insurance, to MaryAnne, the extremely kind and competent dental hygienist (who has an incredibly soft-touch with kids as well), to Dr. Grover herself, who patiently answered our questions, was thorough, thoughtful and warm. We highly recommend this office and it's caring team!

Dr Grover and her staff are kind, patient, professional, and detail oriented. The office is a comfortable environment with brand new modern equipment. I am completely confident in the outstanding level of care I receive every time I visit. I highly recommend this practice and I am so grateful to be a patient here.

Over the years I have had many dentists, and my teeth have always been problematic. I usually don't write reviews, but Dr. Grover deserves the extra attention. She is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. A true expert in her field. In the past few years I have had major, extensive dental treatments at her office (fillings, crowns, extractions, the works!) and her work is painless and impeccable. She cares about her patients and has always followed up with my care. I also trust her. She walks me through her detailed plans, answers all of my questions honestly, and takes her time with the procedures. Her office is clean (Covid protocols are followed) and her work is never rushed and I appreciate that. The rest of her office employees and hygienists are professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating. Scheduling is simple and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen for my appointments. I highly recommend!

Always a great experience at Dr. Grover's! Even when the office is busy, you really feel like you are the only patient - you have the total attention/care of Dr. Grover and her staff when you're in the chair! Very glad to have such a great practice so close to home.

A very kind, competent dentist with a very helpful staff. Most certainly a positive experience, but be prepared to spend a lot of time there. It's not a quick in and out by any means, but worth the wait.

Dr Grover and her staff are incredibly professional and friendly and I would highly recommend her practice to anyone looking for dental care. They've especially done a great job during Covid of ensuring everyone's safety. Can't recommend Dr Grover's practice highly enough!

I arrived at Dr. Grover's practice with a whole litany of issues, most of them sadly due to long-term neglect. I half-expected a well-deserved lecture, but Dr. Grover briskly set about giving me a lengthy and diligent examination before drawing up detailed and comprehensive treatment plan, which she immediately proceeded to work on. I cannot overstate the patience and kindness that Dr. Grover showed throughout the lengthy process that followed. Her manner was unfailingly kind, and she showed infinite patience in answering my seemingly-endless questions. I'm happy to report that every member of her staff proved to be equally excellent in their respective fields of expertise. Overall, the quality of dental care I received was at least as good as, if not better than anything I have had from the many dentists I have seen over the course of the last several decades. Not only did I not experience a single moment of pain during months of session with Dr. Grover; I can't actually recall a moment of discomfort--which is fairly remarkable given the sheer amount of work involved. (I would include the billing process in this assessment--the overall cost turned out to be significantly less than I had originally anticipated.) If further recommendation were needed, I could note that when I had to move from Rhinebeck to New York City before my treatment plan was complete, Dr. Grover's front office went above and beyond in the effort book appointments that suited my travel schedule.

This review is only about the first line of communication with a client: Today I called the dental office of Dr. Grover, briefly spoke with the receptionist-- for less than a minute. After a quick description for the reason of my phone call, the receptionist told me: "Is it okay if I put you on hold for one minute?" Politely I said "okay". Waited for 20 (twenty) long minutes, and the receptionist never came back to the phone to discuss my upcoming appointment. Instead, at the 20 minute mark, there was a clicking of the office phone, and then got hanged-up. Also, there was not even a "return" phone call. [I even took a screenshot in my iPhone on how long I waited.) Dr. Grover came highly recommended, and I would have sent an e-mail directly to her , but none is available. I don't like to write online reviews, and prefer to address the "shortcoming" directly with the doctor or dentist. But, since there is no "direct" line of communication with Dr. Grover--unless one is in her dental office for dental work, I had to resort to this online commentary. Many many years ago, I used to work for a lawyer as a secretary, and I would never put a client on hold for more than 2 or 3 minutes. I would continue checking on the client informing him/her that I had not forgotten them. And, if I realized that I could not attend that valuable client within 2 or 3 minutes, I would take their contact number and return their phone call as soon as I became available. The secretary / receptionist is always the FIRST contact person of a welcoming business. Without a happy customer / client, there is no successful business. (Nowadays, customers/ clients are taken for granted. But without the happy customer or client, the business morale can gradually go downhill. ) Since I don't want to bring down the 4 or 5 review scoring stars of Rhinebeck's dental practice, I clicked on the 5 stars. However, please speak / address with your receptionist the etiquette for clients' phone waiting time. This was the 2nd time this happened to me this year. Thank you.

I'm a nervous dental patient and Mary Ann calmed my fears immediately. She was not only skilled but kind. Then Dr Grover was a terrific professional and empathetic. Last but not least, Elaine was not only efficient but thoughtful and manages the front of the office in a stressless way. All in all...a neat team! Definitely recommend highly.
