Whenever I visit Dr. Ramsey, I get friendly, professional service and treatment with helpful guidelines to keep my teeth and gums happy! Her staff is also a great reflection of her as they are also courteous, professional and friendly.

Dr. Ortiz-Ramsey is more than just an incredible Periodontist, she is a counselor, a friend, and the best advocate you can have for your oral health. After being diagnosed with advanced periodontal disease I was faced with the prospect of losing all my teeth and having to go the denture route. Dr. Ortiz-Ramsey listened to me, addressed my fears and helped me decide to pursue the LANAP treatment. I could not be happier with the results! Not only have my teeth stabilized, but I am approaching 1-year post-op and there has been no recurrence of the disease. Dr. Ortiz-Ramsey and her staff are kind, compassionate, responsive and attentive to the needs of their patients. The Dayton area is lucky to have them!

Dr. Ortiz-Ramsey is an amazing doctor! Very knowledgeable and caring towards patients. I've seen her, brought my daughter, mother and even grandmother to see her and I had no doubt they received the best care possible. I would recommend her to anyone needing a periodontist.

Many years ago I went to Dr. Ramsey to learn more about the LANAP protocol to help with periodontal disease. YEARS before that I flew all the way out to Washington State to have work done that was advanced for that time. There was no way that i was going to have my gums peeled back off my teeth in order to deal with the disease. It didn't hold and by the time I saw Dr. Ramsey I had a tooth with a 12mm chart reading and various others in the 6 to 7 range. Dr. Ramsey was friendly and reassuring. The entire staff was wonderful too. All these years later I see her 2x a year and my dentist 2x as well. LANAP was amazing. That 12mm pocket reduced to a 4mm after about 8 months of bone growing back. No matter when I see her she's ALWAYS super kind, gentle and very pleasant. BTW, so is Ashley. Super gentle, as in, you can't even feel her probing when charting my teeth. Oh...and...yes...I still have ALL my teeth.

We had a good experience with this place, until we discovered my husband has a health issue that prevented him from attending his appointment without his doctor's consent. They sent a letter to our family dentist that we were no show to our appointment, which was not true, since they would not let him come to his appointment without his doctor's consent. They never even called us back when I called to find out if they received the consent to reschedule, and when I called them again to reschedule, they now do not accept our insurance, which they said they planned but were just waiting for paperwork. I asked her why they didn't give us notice so we could be looking for another periodontist before now. Dr. Ramsey was fine, however, the lack of compassion and communication we received is unconscionable and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Ortiz is an excellent Periodontist. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. She is always making sure that her patients obtain the latest and advance treatments available. I will recommend seeing her. She helped me a lot.

Dr. Ortiz-Ramsey was able to diagnose and treat something that two previous regular dentists were not able to figure out - in one sitting! The staff was fantastic through the whole thing. Would definitely recommend!

Dr Ortiz Ramsey was awesome. I had severe gum disease. She was able to treat me and took away my pain. She saved my teeth. She did this with virtually no pain or discomfort. What skill. I highly recommend Dr Ortiz Ramsey.

Dr. Ortiz surpassed my expectations. She is highly educated and extremely active locally and nationally on her profession. Not to mention her skills as a surgeon. I couldn't ask for a better person to take care of my mom!!

She was very helpful when I had a surgical problem with a recessed gum line on my front lower tooth. She was very professional and sensitive to my concern over the pain following the procedure. Would recommend her to anyone with a periodontal ptoblem

If I could give this place a million stars I would (no seriously). Dr. Ramsey is an excellent dentist, she took the time to explain the procedure she was recommending and was extremely thorough when explaining the process. Her staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and not stressed about coming in for treatment. I would recommend this office over and over. Very friendly and pleasant environment. Thanks Dr. Ramsey and staff! :)
