I have been playing catch up with all my doctors for the past few months, and needless to say it hasn't been all that pleasant. I've dealt with some rude doctors, some that seem to make a big deal out of everything and had left me scared. I was so scared for this Endo appt, and this doctor was by far the best I've worked with. She was direct but also empathetic. She didn't make anything dramatic, she simply told me what needed to be done. She didn't make me feel dumb when I brought it my severe anxiety, instead she came up with a quick solution to help me. I will absolutely recommend this office to anyone. Plus the office itself was very nice and the front desk staff was very pleasant!

All of the staff was super great. I loved Dr Juggerman's concern for my 100 year old Mom, her compassionate advice for Mom's treatment plan, and her expertise for Mom's first root canal.

Dr Jungermann was very gentle and I didn't feel a thing. No pain after and she was honest.

Rude staff!!!!!!!!!! Called to set up consult for two root canals. they set appointment. went to appointment. After seeing the doctor, went to reception desk. Front desk person printed me a copy of pricing for the two recommended root canals. Made appointment for procedure. put it on my calendar on my phone while standing at reception desk. " I always do that" Drove1 /12 hours from Jacksonville to Daytona for appointment. Arrived early as "I always do". The same person that made the appointment for me on my previous visit, said I'm not on the schedule. She ask me where was my appointment card? I told her she didn't give me one. She begin to have attitude and told me they always give appointment cards. I told her she did not and how i put on my phone calendar and told her I didn't need one. basically from there she called me a liar and acted like it was my fault!! now I have a new endodontist and they will get the money for all the work I need done.

Okay, So I am a big bearded baby when it comes to needles and dental work. The worst part is that I have a strong Gag Reflex. Dr. Jungermann and her assistant successfully completed a root canal on good old # 18 Molar with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend them.

Dr Jungermann did my root canal today. It was absolutely wonderful. She gave me nitrous which relaxed me and I had no pain no stress and she has a very gentle touch. I would definitely highly recommend her to anybody. I would even do it again if I had to

I need a root canal after getting a crown redone. This was the easiest root canal ever. No pain at all. Thanks to the Doctor and staff for a great job!!!!!

The attention is excellent, she is a very competent Dr. in her profession, she explains each step of the treatment she performs giving security. I highly recommend her and all the staff who work there. they are very punctual in the hour of attention that they assign for the patient.

I had a great experience in the office on 9/14/22. The staff was very cordial. The Dr. and the Dental Technician we're very knowledgeable and explained the procedure very well! I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere that I received from the staff. And thanks so much for your kindness!

Dr Gretchen was extremely professional. I had no pain form my root canal I was able to sleep on the side I had worked on with a pillow underneath it and I found it to be less painful than cleaning thank you Dr Gretchen you were amazing

First I will say... I just HATE dentists and that's why my teeth are so bad. I associate them with torture and pain. Her staff were extremely friendly and polite and made you feel at ease. I forget her assistant's name but she has to be the sweetest and most calming person alive because she put me into a frame of mind where I didn't feel I was at the dentist but at a "buddy's " house. NOW... onto the Amazing Dr Gretchen Jungermann!!! WOW, WOW!!! Why couldn't I have found such a competent and caring doctor are Dr G.J. as I was growing up throughout those trying years. This PROFESSIONAL completed a full root canal on me in about 1/2 hour (that's what it felt like) and I NEVER felt pain before, during OR after (at home when the local sedation wears off). She knew I was very nervous and explained every step she took. Unlike other dentists that come and go she worked on me until completion without moving around the office to other patients. I really felt she cared for her patient and that she works from her heart. I would strongly recommend her for your major dental needs. She is Amazing!!!
