He is a member of the Greater Kansas City Dental Society, the Missouri Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. He is involved with several charitable activities including the annual Give Kids a Smile program, bringing dental care to children who have no other means of access.
Dr. Cleveland is a native of Warrensburg. He is married and has two adult children. Faith and family are priorities in his life and he values the long term relationships that have developed with his dental family of staff and patients.

Dr. Cleveland Dental office has the nicest, friendly, welcoming staff, very professional as well. Dr. Cleveland is great to listen to the patient and has a gentle hand during treatment. It is always a good experience for me at Cleveland Dental. I definitely recommend them.

My family and I have had Dr. Cleveland as our dentist for many years. He's great at what he does, he's professional, and he's funny, too. His dental hygienists, technicians, and staff are equally competent and friendly. As far as other reviewers' "one star reviews," it's quite unfair to rate his dental practice low like that due to billing and for no other reason. If a doctor is a quality doctor like Dr. Cleveland is, then rate accordingly! We shall continue to see him for our dental needs.

I agree with others that the dental care is fine. But it is the billing department and office help. I went in for a cleaning in August 2017. New patient. I ask if they took Delta Dental, they said yes. Showed them my card. What they did not mention is that they take Delta Premier, not Delta PPO. I have Delta PPO. They knew this and did not mention it. Anyway they wanted me to come back for additional dental work and I do and then get a bill for $240.00 that would have otherwise been paid by my insurance. I paid the bill and cancelled any future appointments. I get a called the other day (24 hours before my appointment). Told them I had cancelled my appointments back in September and would not be coming back to their office because they did not take Delta PPO. She the tells me they changed at the first of the year and they now take it. I said well I won't be back in. Today I received a little valentine in the mail that says "we would appreciate if you would cancel your appointments 24hrs in advance". I spoke to her exactly 23hrs and 50 mins before my supposedly scheduled appointment the next day. Sounds to me like a childish way to do business.

The billing is a joke! The dentist himself was quick and gentle with my child. Don't expect any help or assistance from the person who takes care of the billing.

Never had anything but a great experience. Dr. Cleveland & his staff are remarkable. I had an issue that hadn't been addressed by any dentists prior to my visit with Dr. Cleveland, & was amazed a problem. Thanks to Dr. Cleveland, the issue was addressed properly, & the issue has since, been taken care of. Recommend Dr. Cleveland to ANY person looking for great dental care.

I typically hate going to dentist offices and I am the type to hold the arms of the chairs very firmly during the procedures. I felt that Dr. Cleveland's offices created a relaxing atmosphere. They have great staff and it was a great dental experience. Would honestly recommend.
