My family have been patients of Dr. St.John for over 20 years. I think some reviewers here don't understand much about how business works. It is your responsibility to verify what is and isn't covered by your insurance. If you fail to do this, the surprise is on you. It is standard policy to expect payment at the time of service unless you have made prior arrangements. Dr. St. John is very thorough and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Please find better service elsewhere. These guys attempted to bill me for a service that my insurance denied, along with putting me NOT at fault. They have a contract specifically saying.. if insurance denies a code and the patient is not at fault.. (patient does not have to pay anything). They are REQUIRED to write it off. Found better service over at Premeier Dental. After suffering severe pain from high fillings. When my new dentist office contacted these guys for my x- rays.. they really gave us the run around. A month later. They are trying to bill me yet for the same bill! Insane!

They are wonderful! The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I am very happy with the work I've had done. I highly recommend Gregory S. St. John, D.D.S.

My wife and I have treated with Dr. St. John for over 5 years and have never had an issue. We appreciate that the office ensures that our dental insurance plan will cover and/or has enough remaining in it for the year for any recommended procedures before performing such.

Owed a surprise $900 due to THEIR mistake. They told me my insurance covered 90% of my dental work. Well, 3 sessions later, it turns out my insurance covered only 50%. So, I asked if I could pay at a different time, because I obviously didn't have that type of money laying around. The dentist wouldn't let me leave without writing down my debit card information PERSONALLY. He didn't even trust me to write my own info down. If that isn't a passive way of saying "I think you're a scumbag, and I don't trust you to pay me" I don't know what is. So, I call him back to try and arrange monthly payments. This guy has the audacity to tell me I can only split it into 2 payments, after all he's put me through. The worst part? The fillings he "fixed" hurt months after my visit. They didn't hurt before. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
