Dr. Gregory Myers received his doctorate in Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1999. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at The Forum Health/Western Reserve Healthcare System in Youngstown, Ohio. Dr. Myers returned to The Ohio State University where he completed a specialty residency in Endodontics. He received a Certificate in Endodontics along with a Master of Science Degree for his research in local anesthesia in 2002. As a clinic and laboratory instructor, Dr. Myers taught Endodontics and Emergency Dentistry to dental students at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
Dr. Myers participates in many professional dental organizations where he has held executive roles. He was the president of the Ohio Association of Endodontics, The Cleveland chapter of the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity, and the Height Dental Study club. He has served on the board of the Greater Cleveland Dental Society and is a current board member of The Ohio State University Dental Alumni Society. He also served as a Delegate and Alternate Delegate to the House of Representatives of the Ohio Dental Association. Dr. Myers continues to stay current with dentistry and endodontics through continuing education. His affiliations with local study clubs and dental professional organizations provides him with lectures, seminars, and conferences where he learns about all the latest advancements to the profession.
Dr. Myers was an instructor from 2014 till 2022 at the Department of Dentistry at the Cleveland Clinic where he taught endodontics to the General Practice residents. He wrote the endodontic protocol for the General Practice Residency program and assisted the residents with their endodontic procedures.
Dr. Myers is one of the first Endodontists in Northern Ohio to incorporate the GentleWave Multisonic Ultracleaning technology into his state-of-the-art practice in Solon, OH. This technology provides a superior cleansing of the entire root canal system while preserving the dentin structure of the tooth. The minimally invasive procedure can be performed in one visit with little to no discomfort for the patient. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I was referred for a root canal by my dentist and being in as much pain as I was, they got me in right away and Dr. Myers took care of the procedure. He does a great job as well as the assistant. Thank you for the much needed relief!

Dr. Myers was absolutely amazing. He talked me through the entire process which made me feel comfortable and confident with my treatment. The GentleWave system that is used for root canals is quick and painless. His assistants and front desk staff are extremely accommodating and professional. The best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Myers took the time to make sure I was fully numb before starting any of the procedure. He talked me through how to breathe to help relieve the anxiety of getting a root canal. Absolutely wonderful.

My root canal went great. I would recommend this office to anyone. The front desk ladies were great as well as the assistant who helped the doctor. Dr Myers who is obviously very good at what he does and very knowledgeable. I had the gentle wave procedure and it was easy and painless. Two thumbs up.

I wouldn't call him a doctor. Just someone who learned how to drill into a tooth. Absolute absence of doctor's etiquette. Shows superiority. Doesn't even pretend to care about your pain, worries or feelings. Just business. So how does he manage to stay in business? His model is very simple: One Day Appointment, pay in full at the exit, and don't dare to show up ever again. I dared to come back one week later and asked for an advise (tooth was still in pain, temporary filling flattened out, and the bumps on the gum grew bigger). He did take a quick look, and then clearly let me know that I am taking time from his busy day. He talked with me on a verge of rudeness, no signs of compassion or sympathy. I hope this review will help to FREE the time for him to reconsider his attitude towards people who are in pain and came back to get a professional advice. His fee includes a follow up appointment in 1 year. However, in 1 year, a few days before the follow up date, they call your phone and leave a message that your second visit is canceled due to uselessness. I would like mention that the initial visit was useless on the first place.

He is very good at what he does - high quality work and most efficient, and that's the most important aspect of the visit. I didn't like signing two documents while in dental chair when he was about to start the procedure. One was owning financial obligation and the other had to do with procedural option which required reading and understanding the options. This is POOR practice. I was asked by the office to do lot of preliminary document filling online excluding the foregoing two. when asked why these two were not part of online process done at home he said IT would not allow any more attachment (not credible to me)

Having a root canal is certainly not in my top 10 things to do but, Dr. Myers and his team made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant. I highly recommend!

I have the best, friendliest dentist for miles and miles around. Dr. Myers is more abrupt and "let's get 'er done," but he knows his stuff and does good work. His staff is impressively friendly and competent. An endodontist is something of a luxury--unless you need the skills and knowledge that endodontist has to offer. I can recommend this practice.

Dr. Meyers did a great job. I could go in quickly to get my root canal done. Friendly ladies at the front desk, professional assistants, very reassuring. Dr. Meyer gave good sedation, that I did not feel going in, but was happy with its result when the procedure started. NO PAIN! Who ever is putting off this procedure or is hesitant to go; Don't worry; a pedicure is worse! Great job, glad I went; no more pain!

Dr Myers explained all that was being done to my tooth as he did the Root Canal... there was no pain for the procedure and I have little to no pain one day out. He showed me pictures of what was done too. He also responded very quickly to my texts. The office staff is very friendly and the assistant that worked with Dr Myers was informative and kind. Would definitely recommend him to others

Never fear a root canal again. Dr. Myers did mine this week and it was perfect. A new "Wave" process using sound waves to clean out the root canal. Almost painless. Took a little over an hour, and no pain afterward.
