Dr. Gregory Martin grew up in Fairfax County, Virginia and has spent his entire life in the Washington DC metropolitan region. He completed his undergraduate studies in Mathematics earning both a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and a Masters of Science in mathematics and statistics from Georgetown University. During this time he volunteered as a dental assistant at a community health clinic in Washington DC. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery and completed their oral surgery clerkship program. Dr. Martin is an active participant in both local and national continued education courses and local study groups. He places high importance on the use and implementation of cutting edge technology in the dental field and the benefits of practicing digital dentistry. Formerly a high school mathematics teacher, Dr. Martin loves teaching and spends time with every patient explaining their treatment in clear and concise ways that empower them to better understand dentistry and take control of their oral health. In his spare time Dr. Martin enjoys fitness and has been a group fitness instructor in Washington, DC for the past twelve years. He plays the trumpet, piano and is fluent in German.
Tania plays a critical role at Dr. Gregory Martin DDS not only as the office manager but the lead assistant and insurance specialist. She introduces every patient to the office and walks them through every step of the treatment process, including answering any and all questions about the patient's dental insurance plan and coverage. She has worked in the dental field for over eight years in a variety of capacities and has a vibrant passion for dentistry and caring for the patient's needs. The comfort of the patient is a top priority to Tania and she loves seeing patients thrive with the exceptional dental care patients receive in the office. When she is not in the office she enjoys her time with her husband and her 4-year-old daughter. She is a bilingual English-Spanish speaker.
Chris has been a dental hygienist for over 22 years and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He takes pride in offering the utmost professional care and providing guidance to patients seeking to improve their oral health. Whether hes helping them address minor or major dental health issues, Chris is dedicated to his craft. In addition to offering comprehensive care as a dental hygienist, Chris also has advanced training in local anesthesia. When away from the office, Chris enjoys camping and attending Penn State football games with his wife Valerie and two children, who are both students at Penn State.

Dr. Martin is not only gentle and attentive to your experience throughout the entire procedure, he is also genuinely friendly and great at making you forget you're getting dental work done at all. His office is clean and beautiful WITHOUT feeling overly sterile or "doctor's office-y" and his staff makes you feel more like family than "patient number x." Take it from someone who travels from Florida just to get dental work done at this office...highly recommended!

Dr. Martin and his office staff make the dreaded task of a dental visit an absolute delight. Having modern equipment that I have never seen before gave me a dental work up that was more in depth and clear than I've seen my entire life. If you're lucky enough to snag an appointment, go in and get your dental life back on track! Such an amazing office and accommodating office of wonderful people.

There are many things I love about this place: -Friendly Office Staff -Clean Environment -Close Proximity to the Metro -Unbeatable pricing This practice is a one stop shop for all of your personal care needs; from proper dental care, skin care and aesthetic care. You are getting great service but paying a fraction of the price of what other boutique locations try and charge for the same type of service.

Really appreciate how Dr. Martin answers questions I have when doing work on my teeth. Very knowledgeable and his practice has new and clean equipment. I have yet to have a cavity with him but my teeth feel very clean and new every time I leave a cleaning with him. Very friendly and kind office staff, too.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Martin as a new patient. I was searching for a dentist in DC after relocating from the NY Tristate area. Dr. Martin's office team did a wonderful job of helping make sure in advance of my visit that my X-rays and cleaning would be covered by my insurance. Dr. Martin even did my cleaning himself, without a hygienist. Thorough, excellent, and LGBT-friendly care!!!

The BEST dental care I have EVER experienced! Professional, courteous, and amazing staff that immediately made me feel like family. Dr. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and CARES about his patients. After a long absence from the dentist's office due to being anxious/nervous to go to the dentist, Dr. Martin + his team did a great job in making me feel 100% comfortable, from the start and completely anxiety free. I have a brand new smile (thank you Dr. Martin + invisalign) and could not be happier. A bonus --> New, beautiful office space & treatment rooms. I also get my Botox from Dr. Martin, which he does a great job! I recently got a Thulium laser treatment and hello face reboot! Incredible. I love the variety of services in one place, and with professionals that I trust. Look no further for the best dentist that truly cares + takes the best care of all of his patients.

Dr. Gregory Martin is one of the best dentists I have ever had! He truly cares about all his patients and does everything he can to ensure they get the quality care they need. In addition to his dental practice, he also provides cosmetic services too. Dr. Martin recently added a resurfacing laser to his services and it is AMAZING! I had one treatment done and am very pleased with how smooth my skin feels, the softening of my forehead lines, and the nice glow of my skin! I highly recommend Dr. Martin's dental and cosmetic practice!

I cannot suggest Dr. Martin enough. He was suggested to me via a friend. He was the first dentist that really took his time and explained everything to me about my teeth and why we should do what we do. I have had a very long history of grinding my teeth. I have had multiple night guards and still would have the problem. I have also had problems with my jaw clicking and popping. He was the first dentist to suggest using Botox on my jaw to actually fix the problem and not just put a bandage on it. Within 3-4 days after the injections my jaw started to loosen up. I never realized how much tension I had in my jaw. And how much my jaw actually hurt. Once my jaw calmed down not only did my jaw feel better but also tension that was always in my temple area went away. After two weeks the clicking and popping in my jaw has gone away. I am even sleeping better because I would wake up with my jaw hurting from sleeping on my side every night. That doesn't happen anymore. It has literally been a life changer for me and I only wish I had a dentist suggest this to me 10 years ago to save my teeth the years of grinding down and the pain I endured. I also had a old filling replaced. This was the fastest and most pain free filling I've ever had. I would suggest him to anyone.

My first impression was, wow, the customer service is amazing! Tanya, the office manager, explained what I should expect on my first visit, detailed my payment options/insurance info, and made me feel very comfortable before walking back (I hate the dentist). Nate, the Dr.'s assistant is super knowledgeable and so friendly! He was able to briefly explain what I was looking at on the xrays before I even met Dr. Gregory all while feeling like I was talking to one of my buddies. The wonderful experience came full circle when meeting Dr. G. He was welcoming and completely professional, not to mention humorous! Let me also add that he is a looker lol. I came back for my cleaning today and was nervous but the team was very considerate, attentive, and alert to all my needs. I could not have been in better hands, and I have NEVER had such a great experience at the dentist. I am due to go back next week. If you're thinking about booking an appointment, do yourself a favor and go for it! I am sure just as myself, you will not regret walking through those office doors!

Fantastic service and professionalism at every level of Dr. Martin's staff. Very clear in their descriptions of needed procedures, helpful with coordinating with other dental and orthodontic practices, and very helpful in dealing with insurance issues. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dental office. I can't see myself going anywhere else!

From the very beginning, my visit with Dr. Martin was a positive experience. He started by asking me questions about my dental health and he listened carefully to my answers. His examination and cleaning were extremely thorough. (I especially appreciated the oral cancer exam.) He was also very friendly and kind. Altogether a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Martin.
