I was scared when I went in, I've heard horror stories about root canals. Dr. Ellis was an absolute pleasure, he is very kind. He's very good at putting you at ease. His team was also very kind and accommodating. The pain afterward was pretty minimal and only lasted a couple of days. I'm so thankful to have been recommended to him. This was the 1st root canal I've had in my life and feel blessed that it wasn't nearly as bad as the stories I've heard. I will be recommending others go to him as well. Thank you so much to Dr. Ellis and his team!

Root Canal done. Very well, no problems, also not alot of pain. Dr and staff very nice and caring. Would recommend to anyone.

I was so scared but I couldn't wait on getting a much needed root canal any longer - Dr. Ellis and Isabel are the best I was scared for nothing it was comfortable and painless even the day after not that sore at all... I feel better :) no more worries Thank you so much guys

I had a great experience with scheduling, wait time, staff and atmosphere. I was seen right on time for both my appointments, offered water or coffee, the office was clean and the staff was professional. The dentist thoroughly explained the procedure. I felt like I was in good hands.

I am a very nervous person when it comes to dental work. Dr Ellis made me feel so good about it and I had no pain during or after root canal. Thank you Dr Ellis for being so good at what you do and your bedside manner.

Dr. Ellis and his staff are AWESOME!!! Dr. Ellis took the time to show me what was going on & the best plan of treatment. During treatment they made sure I was comfortable too. So happy I found them! I will definitely be coming back to get my root canals done here. Y'all shouldn't look any further... this is the place to come for endodontic treatment.

Pros: the work done was fantastic, great bedside manner, great compassion and education by the DDS. Office is very clean and modern. Felt safe and well cared for. I give 5 stars in that regard. Con: (0 stars) poor communication by the front end staff. Everytime you call, "it's my first day or I'm a temp and will have someone call you later".....later rarely came. "We are stort staffed and will have the manager call you when she gets the time". Issue i experiencd that delayed care involved scheduling that could have been avoided; i was told after my consultation: "we will contact and coordinate with your dentist's office." A week later nothing was done. Called back to see if they had a date for procedure only to find out they needed me to do the coordinating between the 2 offices. Which was a mess having to call back and forth between two offices when their open times didn't align for the day. My understanding was that their scheduling rep or someone in the front office was responsible for scheduling and coordination.

Dr. Ellis and his entire staff are welcoming, efficient and professional. They even have a therapy dog, Ruby greeting customers. Dr. Ellis has the latest equipment, is skilled and easy to communicate with. All around excellence!

Having used Dr. Ellis's services, I would certainly use it again if I had the need. I hope I dont have the need for the same thing though :-). The best time to make an appointment with them is BEFORE tooth hurty.

Dr Ellis was amazing! I don't think I've ever had a dental experience so wonderful. He truly cares about his patients and his staff is equally amazing. I will most definitely be referring everyone I know to him. I won't go into my personal details be Dr. Ellis is going above and beyond to ensure I have a good outcome on an upcoming surgery. The care he is extending is truly amazing. His kindness is truly appreciated and I know he will treat you the same.
