For over 25 years now, Dr. Glen has been passionate about helping children develop a positive relationship with the dentists office. He loves watching them grow up cavity-free and fear-free! Dr. Glens dental roots run very deep. His family has many dentists in its midst, including his father, two uncles, and a cousin. When he was a kid, he visited his dads dental office often and knew that he would one day become a doctor too. In junior high, he had an exceptional science teacher who got him interested in medicine, especially cardiology. At that point, he was determined to either pursue a career in cardiology or dentistry but then a sudden curveball happened. In high school, he fell in love with computers and decided to pursue a career in computer science instead!
Dr. Glen met his beautiful wife while working as a programmer, and when he asked her to marry him, he also told her that he wanted to go back to school for dentistry or cardiology. She preferred dentistry because she thought the hours would be better, and even though that turned out to be not quite true, the field was a perfect fit. Starting in his second year of dental school, he ran a program for children in the shelter systems where they would be bussed in for free treatments. He was also able to get them food and clothing each time they came. Many of his classmates and professors told him that he should consider pediatric dentistry since he was such a natural with younger patients, but it wasnt until his wife encouraged him as well that he committed to a few more years of schooling. The rest, they say, is history.
Dr. Tong has always worked well with people and he happens to have excellent technical skills when working with his hands. Maybe being an avid video gamer played a small part in that! In his younger days, he volunteered at a hospital and eventually found himself shadowing a dentist. When he first saw the man restore a tooth to its former glory, he was immediately intrigued and almost in awe. Dentistry seemed so varied and unrepetitive, and the minute he sculpted his first tooth in dental school, he knew hed picked the right profession for himself.
After graduating from Binghamton University, Dr. Tong pursued his doctorate at the Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Then, he attended the NYC residency program at NYU-Winthrop University with a second-year extension as chief resident to focus on specialties like implantology, endodontics, and prosthodontics. Today, he is still a part-time clinical assistant professor at NYU-Winthrop Hospital and helps mentor new residents. He has attended continuing education courses through Spear Education, is certified in diode laser treatment, and is a current member of the American Dental Association.

Dr Glenn and Dr Benny Tong are amazing. I took my 2 year old to Dr Glenn first for a pediatric appointment. The experience was outstanding. Dr Glenn was so gentle, had great bedside manners and has technologically advanced equipment. My son left the office smiling and excited about his next visit. I had a fabulous experience with Dr Tong for my dental work as well. He is excellent at his work. This is the first time I had a very comfortable and pain free dental session. Dr Tong has a very positive personality (I am scared of Dental work), that helped tremendously.

I Love the team at Dr. Glen's Happy teeth! Dr. Glen is my daughter's pediatric dentist and he is so awesome with them! He is always making sure they are okay and always makes them feel comfortable My Dentist Dr. Benny and his assistant is sooooo attentive and is extremely awesome at their job. I did a deep cleaning and my experience has been amazing. He made sure I was always comfortable and relaxed while listening to my favorite music ( Jazz). The entire experience was great. He has awesome "bedside manners" and cares for the well being of his patients teeth. Awesome job team! Nicolyn

I was honestly terrified and completely ready for a meltdown from my toddler on her first dentist visit however, Dr. Glen and his staff were wonderful and made both of us feel calm and welcome. There was absolutely no wait, which made it a lot easier to keep my daughter calm. We just got home and my daughter is already asking to go back.

We have loved going to Dr. Glen for years now. The kids get excited to see him! But the best addition to the office was having Dr. Benny join his staff. Unfortunately for me I am a frequent flyer, but having a dentist that is amazing definitely helps! I love the technology in the office and the fact he can do so much! I had an implant done right in the office! Highly recommend!!

Amazing!! We all used to be scared to go to the dentist but not anymore!! My kids love Dr Glen and his staff who are all so nice, gentle and professional and they love the TV on the ceiling!! And me and my husband love Dr. Benny Tong too!! Our dentist recently retired so we needed a new dentist and Dr Benny is so genuinely kind and brilliant and I just got a cleaning today and my teeth look so white and wonderful! My whole family are huge fans of Dr Glen and Dr Benny and we will be loyal patients for as long as possible!! Thank you everyone for making our experience so pleasant !! Sincerely The Gorman Family

Best dentist ever for kids. And Dr Benny is by far best dentist I've had ever. I'm so amazed how almost every time no one in our family has cavities, which makes me wonder why we almost always had cavities with every other dentist. My kids enjoy their time at the dentist, and don't get numbed with gas either. I've never felt rushed and they actually show they care about each patient by not only taking time to answer questions, and teach how to floss, but they also make follow up calls to see how you're doing.
