Our Administrative Team has a combined experience of nearly 40 years in the dental field. You are welcomed as a guest and they will do all they can to make you feel comfortable, whether its offering you a cup of tea, or explaining your dental plan. They want to allay your anxieties and make sure you are relaxed and at ease. Any of your concerns will be addressed in a courteous and professional manner. They take pride in assuring your visit is comfortable and stress free. What do they love most about their job? Knowing when a patient calls in pain we will see them that day.
Our clinical team members are certified, highly trained professionals in the endodontic field. We chose our staff not only for their experience and skill, but also for their ability to compassionately care for our patients and insure their comfort. They will thoroughly review your medical history with you, explain your procedure, answer any questions or concerns and assist the Dr. during your procedure. They will carefully explain any after care procedures. You will feel total confidence in the care they provide. They receive continuous praise and gratitude from our patients. What do they love most about their job? Many of our patients are apprehensive and nervous, and we make sure they are comfortable and at ease. At the end of their treatment they are so thankful and appreciative, letting us know weve done our job right!

Haven't had the pleasure of a root canal in several years, so was not looking forward to the experience again. But I have to say, if you have to have one, this is the place to go. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dental Assistant Cynthia, to Dr. Mitchell were professional and efficient. Cynthia was thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the procedures and making sure I was always comfortable. Dr. Mitchell was very professional, and took the time to answer any questions I had. The procedure itself was quick and painless. The facilities are beautiful, and equipped with the latest technology. All in all, they made an event that you are not enthusiastic about more like going to the spa!

Wow. I need five more stars to rate Dr. Mitchell, Ali, and Linda. The office is like a spa, very relaxing which helps a lot when you are waiting for a root canal. Linda gave me a small laptop to enter my information that took just a few minutes. Ali took me back to an amazing room with all the latest equipment with a beautiful view. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions before we started. I was amazed at how comfortable the X-ray was. Ali showed me the three roots on the X-ray and the new state-of-the-art laser they would use the dramatically reduced the pain and worked way better than the old method. Dr. Mitchell came in and got to work. There was no pain at all. It was like getting a cavity filled and before you know it, the procedure was done. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

I should have known not to go there from my initial call but my primary insisted they were the best? The woman scheduling sounded like she was 100 yrs old I woke her from a nap. She proceeded to ask me Why I was making an appt if I wasn't in pain? I had to spell my name over and over. It was so frustrating. Anyway I have a very limited schedule since I'm a retail manager. They called me multiple times for the same and more info. I then received a call the day before my appt only to tell me that the woman who made my appt never checked,they don't accept my insurance and I should pay them $1200 cash since I only have $700 left in my benefits (not sure how they found that out since they didn't accept that insurance) which I should use elsewhere for a follow up potential crown!! Ummm. Thanks but No Thanks.

Dr. Mitchell was very professional everyone made sure that all of my questions were answered. I was asked multiple times if I was comfortable which helped calm me.

Great service! I had such a great experience with Dr. Mitchell on my 2 root canal visits. He's fast and effective. Minimal wait time, no pain, affordable, very clean office, and the entire staff was friendly.

Fantastic office! Dr Mitchell and all of his staff are top notch. Comfortable, timely, trustworthy, professional. Above and beyond. Scheduled root canal, very accommodating staff, beautiful environment. Very reasonable pricing. Doctor Mitchell is a Pro with a great vibe. Incredibly happy with my experience with Dr. Mitchell. I had an incredibly strong throbbing pain in my upper left molar. It was so bad that I couldn't make it through a full night of sleep for over a week. Sure enough, I needed a root canal, and Dr. Mitchell relieved me of the pain quickly and most importantly, pain-free. While I hope I don't have another root canal ever again, I have peace-of-mind knowing that Dr. Mitchell will be able to fix it, pain-free, and quickly.

I had a root canal with Dr. Mitchell and a crown with another dentist. When the crown was finished I still had a pain in the tooth. I returned to Dr. Mitchell and he adjusted the bite and said that the pain should subside. Stating sometimes it takes up to 5 years. The discomfort has been bothering me so I returned to Dr. Mitchell. He stated that sometimes this happens and he would have to drill through the crown and widen the root and refill it. I was willing to do that because I'm tired of it not being right. When I went to make an appointment, Barbara the front desk person relayed to me that the doctor usually charges a consultation fee but they were going to waive that and that Dr. Mitchell usually charges $1800 for this service but would give it to me for $1000. Barbara then asked me what I was thinking, that you certainly didn't think he was going to do it for free did you? Yes I believed he would stand by his work. Barbara was not nice and very condescending to me. This is an office that is all about the money. And not a very nice front desk. Would not recommend unless you don't mind the work not being right and paying for their mistake.

I am the worst dental patient and get extremely anxious, especially with a root canal. I must say that the office staff was so reassuring and made the root canal experience as pleasant as possible. Everyone was so understanding and "patient". Of course Dr. Mitchell was painless, effective and efficient. I appreciate everyone in that office making me feel important.

Great doctor, great staff, great office. I went in for a dreaded root canal, and what I felt was no different than using my electric toothbrush. I felt absolutely no pain, just the vibrating of the dental tools. It was a big load off my mind. I would recommend this doctor to everyone. 100% satisfied.

Dr. Mitchell and his staff are wonderful. The process of having a root canal is less painless physically and emotionally with Dr. Mitchell. Very relaxing atmosphere while procedure is being completed.

My root canal was a comfortable experience. Everything was explained, the staff was friendly and courteous and the procedure was done painlessly and quickly . I've already recommended Dr Mitchell to my friends, should they need a complicated root canal as I did.
