Worst dentist lazy sloppy work wouldn't recommend anyone see the hack

BEWARE !! After sitting here trying to figure out which dentist I pray could fix my two front teeth that was messed up years ago by Dr White I decided to write my review! I absolutely loved Dr White, I came to him for everything since I was a teenager. I had a minor issue with a tooth chip came to Dr White and got dental bonding, I came in with my two front teeth white and once the bonding was completed I asked why my two front teeth were a dark yellow, I was told that it was what they put on my teeth that if I brushed them a few times it would come off, I believed this.. several weeks after getting the dental bonding I called the secretary Mrs White I believe and explained to her my teeth were yellow and I was very embarrassed and had a wedding I was going to be in that I needed it fixed asap I was then told by her VERY RUDELY AND UNPROFESSIONAL that I could take my refund and go to someone else, I was very heartbroken because not only did I love Dr White and was sure him and I could fix this but also because my teeth were now yellow. Mrs White wouldn't let me discuss anything with Dr White at all. Since having this issue I think 6 years ago no dentist wants to fix my teeth because they say that they don't know what's underneath the bonding or they could shave my teeth down to nubs and put in false teeth . I now have stained yellow teeth that, I can't do anything about and I'm fixing to get married and have all kinds of pictures that I can't even smile in!

We absolutely love Dr. White and his staff. Never a long wait and everyone is super friendly. Dr. White has handled my daughters braces and I'm blown away at the results.

It was my three year old son's first visit to the dentist. Everyone was sooooooo nice and welcoming. From the office staff to the hygienist, to Dr. White, they all gave exceptional service. Glad we chose to go with this dental office.

Dr.White and his staff were phenomenal!! I called in as a new patient and they took care of my son like they had known him forever. They were so professional, kind, and welcoming. Thank you so much for the great experience Dr.White and staff.

Not only did we wait an hour and a half past the appt time... I tried to get an appt on Friday when I found out my son's tooth had a hole in it. They were closed. Wouldn't get him in yesterday even though he was in alot of pain. I've given my son ibuprofen all weekend and it hasn't helped. They finally took an xray of his tooth to find out it is abcessed and very swollen, told me they would give him pain meds and didn't. Only antibiotics which will take a day or 2 to take effect. My son is autistic. I have never seen him cry. He's been crying all morning. They lied to my face saying they was giving him pain keds I guess to get me out the door. I will never go back there again. Oh they also gave me a referral to someone who would do a root canal on him. Thanx alot .

I've been going here for 10+ years now, me and my three brothers, and he is the best I can assure you that. I highly recommend Mr. Gerald White.

The doctor does not have the time to personally treat our daughter with her braces. He will not give us an update appointment. We do not recommend Dr White .

When the office closed for the holidays my daughter had two loose brackets. I stood in the office begging them to fix them and they refused. When I asked for a doctor on call the front desk told me to go to another dentist. No one on call. Now she has to go through the holidays with missing brackets on her from teeth and a missing wire.

Dr. White and his staff are amazing. They have been so kind to my son. They make him feel important every time he steps through the door. They make it fun and enjoyable for kids! I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!

The best experience ever. The whole staff were caring and attentive and Dr White was amazing and patient with my upset 2 year old. They have a great area for children separate from the adult area and I couldn't praise this place enough. I wish I could give 100 stars!

Very sweet,kind,patient and helpful staff! Beautiful, clean office. The entire staff made the transition,being that my children were new patients,so easy and were very welcoming! Dentist is kind and extremely knowledgeable.
