I've seen 4 dentists locally, within the past 2 years. I've never had a more professional yet personable experience! Walking in to other dental offices, the stress/anxiety level is already almost palpable but, Not here! I left today, confident in his treatment plan & mostly looking forward to my next "visit." Wish I gone there first! Kudos Dr. Gray, Brittany &Staff!

Dr. Gerald Grey is awesome he talk to you as he work. Great work! His staff was very kind and nice from the front desk to the back. Thank u all so much will return. I will give y'all a million stars. Have a bless day

So the only reason they get 2 stars is because the hygienists are nice, but Dr. Gray himself has no interest in helping people. I asked him go speak with me after our appointment and he went out of his way to avoid me. It was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing. I've never experienced something like that from a doctor's office. Like he legit did not care. I've been here for four appointments and talked with him for maybe two minutes at most. Update: I just recently went to Goodland Dentistry and they took some x rays. They found spots all over my teeth where Dr. ray and his team neglected several areas of my teeth. Please people, save yourself some misery and don't go here. They really don't care about people.

Was told I had 3 broken teeth & needed wisdom teeth pulled. Went to dentist in Plano, Tx,...where they showed me the xrays & pictures....not a broken tooth in my whole mouth. Very disappointed. Apparently it is common for dentists to make up needed work. Pathetic.

I was sooo scared this time going in to get a tooth pulled and a root canal. No idea why, was just really bothering me. Dr. Gray was the best. made me feel at home, was very communicative during the process and NEVER felt a thing. I know that might sound weird but I was really at ease while i was getting things done. Best dental experience of my life. Highly recommend Dr. Gray and his staff. Everyone was super courteous, friendly, and at ease when you walk in the door. Hope to get back in there soon. Thank you guys for the great work on my aging teeth.....
