This is not a professional or ethical practice. I've seen him 3 times. Whenever I leave his office, I feel like I need to go shower! When you meet him you'll know what I mean. During a root canal procedure, he muttered the Words; " Oops, I perfed it". I asked what that meant and I was ignored. He tried to fix his mistake during the next 2 appointments. He could not. I ended up having to go to an endodontist to fix Berg's "perf" mistake. He billed me for the 2 unsuccessful attempts to repair the problem he created! I suffered days of pain as well as the pain of paying for the pleasure! Later found out that "perf" means he perforated the root of my tooth by drilling through it. Creating a much bigger problem! Stay away from this money grubber.

I've been coming to Dr. Berg for a very long time like 10+ years. He is amazing and his office staff (Stephanie) is the best. I'm so thankful to have such a great dentist. He always has the latest technology and does everything they can to make you feel comfortable.

I hate going to any dentist and have built up a fear of them from my childhood. Dr Berg is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. He fixed a crown I have had problems with since I first got it when I was a little kid! And after having a migraine for over a year solid, it is gone after he fixed my tooth and my bite. He is also very kind with wonderful staff. I can't say enough good about this office. My fear is gone, I don't avoid this dentist like the plague.

I have been a patient of Dr Berg's for over 30 years and he has always been on top of all of the latest technologies in dentistry. Above all he is a phenomenal dentist and caring individual with an amazing staff.

I have to preface this by saying that I really like Dr. Berg. He's a great guy, and he's taken care of my entire family since before I was born. That said, I'm very disillusioned and disappointed with Dr. Berg. Over the past 2 years, it's become increasingly apparent that something has slipped. At this point, I very much believe that he is just coasting towards retirement and is no longer as concerned about the health of his patients or the quality of the treatment he provides. I've had 3 fillings over the past couple of years. In each case, Dr. Berg failed to notice the problem during the exam. Instead, I was the one to notice that something was wrong and had to ask him to check. During the most recent exam, he probably spent less than a minute examining my mouth, and was actually standing up to walk away when I asked him to look at a problem that had started happening only a few days before coming in for my appointment. He diagnosed that I had a broken filling, and scheduled another appointment for me to have the filling replaced. The filling was replaced, but as soon as the numbness wore off I began experiencing even worse problems - extreme sensitivity to cold and intermittent aching. Given that the tooth was recently treated I was deeply suspicious and ended up going to a different dentist. That other dentist took x-rays, performed a more thorough exam, and had diagnosed not one, but two separate problems that Dr. Berg had overlooked for years. I walked away from that appointment not only understanding what had happened, but also understanding my treatment options and with a plan to resolve the problems. I doubt I will be returning to Dr. Berg's office again. I no longer trust him to do the right thing for me or for my oral health. None of my past experience or his skills matter if he can't be bothered to pay enough attention to provide necessary care.

Dr. Berg has been my dentist for as long as I can remember. He's always been thorough and gentle, and my smile is well cared for at his office. He's also lightning fast with fillings, and I'm 100% confident that I will receive excellent care whether I'm visiting for a cleaning or for another treatment. I dread the day Dr. Berg decides to retire.

I went to Dr. Berg for the first time today. He and his staff were great. I was especially impressed by the kind of equipment used in the analysis, cleaning, etc. It was pretty painless, unlike previous experiences elsewhere. I would definitely recommend his office.
