Dr. Melinda Lee attended Kennedy Elementary, Gomes Elementary, Hopkins Junior High and Mission San Jose High School. For her undergraduate studies, she moved south to attend the California Institute of Technology, graduating with a BS in Biology. Then she followed her big sister to UCSF, graduating in 1997 with her DDS.

Dr. Melissa Lim grew up in Newark and Fremont, and attended Kennedy Elementary, Hopkins Junior High, and Mission San Jose High School. She pursued a BS in Pathophysiology and graduated from UC Davis in 1990. She moved back to the Bay Area to attend the University of California, San Francisco, graduating with her DDS in 1994.

Dr. Gerald Au grew up in Newark, attending Kennedy Elementary, MacGregor Junior High, and Newark High School. He attended the University of the Pacific, earning a BA in Chemistry. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from USC in 1986.

He is formerly an Assistant Clinical Professor at the School of Dentistry at UCSF, and formerly on the medical staff at Highland Hospital in Oakland. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Associationand the Academy of Osseointegration.
