Dr. Franco graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in 1979. Dr. Franco graduated 2nd in his class and was awarded the International College of Dentists Award . He is a member of the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and New Orleans Dental Association. Dr. Franco practiced in New Orleans until 2005 when he relocated his practice to Madisonville. Dr. Franco extends a personal touch to all his patients so that they feel appreciated and satisfied. Cosmetic dentistry is his passion and he goes to great lengths to make beautiful smiles that last forever. Dr. Franco enjoys sports, especially football, and is an avid LSU fan. He also loves to travel with his wife and two daughters whenever he can.
Judy: Office staff member since 2015. Also enjoys spending time with her children. Very efficient and professional at the front desk and has been a great recent addition to the staff. Judy is passionate about helping our patients receive the best we can offer and maximizing any available dental insurance benefits.

Financial We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Care Credit or any major credit card.

I'm a new patient and haven't had any work done here yet but my experience so far has been amazing. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I have a lot of work that needs to be done on my teeth and it can be extremely overwhelming. Everyone here made me feel at ease and comfortable. Update This is absolutely the best dentist I have ever had. Seriously, this place has changed my life. Make an appointment!

Dr. Franco and his staff are so friendly and caring. They always make me feel at ease and I know I'm in good hands. They're very knowledgeable and you can always ask them questions and feel confident you're getting great dental care! I highly recommend them and am so grateful they're my dental family! You will love this dentist! I've been a patient of Dr. Franco's for over ten years. His staff is kind, personable and professional. While odd to say about "going to the dentist," I find myself very relaxed as soon as I walk in the door. The staff treats you like family -- they talk to you, not at you. Everyone should be lucky enough to find a dental practice like this.
