For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Man this guy is a great dentist. He is very caring and always explains what's going on with my teeth. He is the best around I recommend dr.diaz and his staff to every one around ! He even has took time off during his day off to save me this is by far the best dentist in town

Dr Diaz is the kind of doctor that talks to you not at you. (You know what I mean). I finally decided to tackle a very extensive dental procedure that I have been putting off for 3 years due to the anxiety. Figuring I could wear a mask which helped I went to Dr Diaz whom my family has used for a long time. At my first consultation Dr Diaz said to me "you will never leave this office unhappy". And he was right. I had to replace an entire upper bridge secured with 4 implants from a previous bad dental decision. (Had dental ins at that time) My 3 different temporaries went back and forth for weeks because he wasn't happy. There were times my temporaries became loose and I was afraid my teeth would fall out I called and he said come right over. So long story short I'm thrilled with the outcome. My friends and family can't get over the difference . I wouldn't hesitate, Dr Diaz is everything you want in a dentist. Kind, caring, compassionate and great sense of humor. Call and make an appointment you will see.

Dr Diaz cares. That's all you want besides the expertise. When's he's at work, you can see how good he is even when you're under Novocaine. Focused. He will treat you like family where you forget that you're a patient. Making you comfortable so that you forget that you're in a dentist chair.

Ever since we were children, we have always associated the dental appointment with a scary and painful experience. However, Dr. Diaz makes the dental visit experience a very positive one, and if I may add, an extremely funny one! He has an amazing great sense of humor and he'll make you laugh so hard, that pain is the last thing on your mind. He has the most gentle hand, making his injections and dental procedures absolutely painless. With the kind, friendly, and gracious demeanor of his dental staff, you feel so welcomed and appreciated. I strongly recommend Dr. Diaz as your family dentist. His dental office is always impeccably clean, accompanied with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Diaz is an extremely passionate dentist and he loves and cares about his patients' dental health. I highly recommend Dr. Diaz as your family dentist.

I found Dr. Diaz on Google search like a lot of you. My search term was dentist laser dentistry Long Island. Considering I live in Queens, I was hoping for a dentist that wasn't so far out on Long Island. Dr. Diaz's name and office info appeared. I looked at his website and watched the video of someone having laser dentistry in his office and was immediately hooked. He explained everything, and seemed to be very patient. I made an appointment to meet with Dr. Diaz and I am so happy I did. My 1st appointment was very different than expected. He did the routine check and x-rays which I expected but, he did more. He put together a treatment plan for me to be on the road to a beautiful smile which is the reason I initially sought Dr. Diaz's help. Then, he took it a step further, even though I didn't start the day of my consultation,Dr. Diaz explained everything. He even threw in a few colorful pictures with his explanations which was very helpful. I knew immediately Dr. Diaz was the dentist for me because I had a trust in him. For some reason, I felt everything he said was legitimate. I was right! He has been the best dentist I have ever had, even as a child. He understands my fear of needles and does not force anything on me. His family is like an office. The dental assistants are wonderful and friendly, the front desk is friendly and so professional. If they say they will try to do something for you, they do. I feel like I am apart of the Dr. Diaz dental family and am so happy I found him.

Dr. Diaz is the most highly skilled, compassionate, professional physician I have ever encountered. He was recommended to me 3 years ago and I am so glad to have met him and his staff! I have never been to a physician's office where the physician welcomes you to the practice and thanks you for coming. Every staff member in the office is courteous, professional & makes you feel welcomed. I just recently had a new procedure done called ICON, which removes white spots from your teeth. I walked out the office with the biggest smile. Dr. Diaz takes the utmost pride in his work and ensures every patient is satisfied. He is a true artist! When it comes to Dr. Diaz, 5 stars is not enough!!!!!
