I have been with Dr. Gayatri Sakhrani from the days of her working under Dr. Kaufman in Berkeley, CA to today and for many, more years in the future. Why? Because of the wonderful care, patience and encouragement that she provides to build good habits (as I do keep regressing on flossing on a daily basis) that I love going back for my dental needs now that she has her own practice. I have lived out of Bay area couple of times to other cities too and every time I have moved back, she has been my dentist. Staff in the office is excellent as they keep me informed of my upcoming appointments, rescheduling easily when I have had work conflicts and of the other pain(s) of going to a dentist i.e. insurance. No complaints about the professionalism and the welcoming smile by everyone in the office, including the different hygienists that I have seen over the course of the years.

I have done multiple dental treatments with Dr. Gayatri Sakhrani over the years. She has not only addressed my issues, but has also given me insights on preventive care from time to time. Besides, her staff is very professional and helps create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend Dr. Sakhrani's services !

I have been going to Dr. Sakhrani for many years, and she has never failed to do an amazing job. She always has a smile on her face and the staff has always been super friendly. I recently had a cleaning and filling done at the office and it was absolutely painless. I was hesitant to go to the office because of COVID 19, but I felt very safe there with all the precautionary measures taken. I highly recommend Dr. Sakhrani and her incredible staff.

Dr. Gayatri Sakhrani has done a few fillings, crowns and bridges and they have stayed strong and stable over the last 10 years.Besides, Gayatri Sakhrani's recommendations for preventive maintenance were spot on and I have had excellent dental health over the years. I would highly recommend Dr. Gayatri and her staff for her professional approach and modern practices.

I have been Dr. Sakhrani's patient for over 10yrs now. Dr. Sakhrani is kind and gentle and has a wonderful bedside manner. She did crowns on my front teeth years ago and I just love my smile. I get so many compliments on them. She has a great staff and they are polite and respectful. All of my family and lot of my friends see Dr. Sakhrani. I look forward to my dental visits. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sakhrani

I had been shadowing at the Cupertino Family Dentistry with Dr. Sakhrani for almost a year. The office is very artistic and professional. There are plenty of art paintings, flowers, plants and fish tank in the office that create such a strong sense of nature. I was amazed at how Mrs. Ruth, front office manager, could remember all patients name and talk to them closely as if they haven't seen each other for a while. During the busy times, she handled all tasks of both front and back office so effectively. Mrs. Thu is the hygenist, she is the most caring person that I have ever seen. She always tries to make sure patients are comfortable under her care. Dr. Sakhrani took over Dr. Harley's office, and I could see all patients were so happy with her intensive care. She is passionate about treating patients well and seeing their smile when they leave the office. She and her staffs are incredible. Highly recommend to visit Dr. Sakhrani's office in Cupertino or Fremont.

I've been going to Dr Sakhrani for many years, she is an excellent dentist and has done a fabulous job in making my smile perfect. She has a great bed side manner and always takes the time to explain and give me various treatment options. I always get so many compliments on my smile. The hygenists are gentle and caring.The staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile for me. I highly recommend Dr. Sakhrani and team.

I have been with Dr. Sakhrani for a few years now. She does excellent work and is super gentle. I am very pleased with Dr. Sakhrani and her wonderful staff. I always get a happy vibe when I visit this dental office. I highly recommend Dr.Sakhrani if you are looking for a new dentist.

Dr Sakhrani was thorough in her explanation of treatment recommendations. However, it was difficult to even schedule an appointment with a live person from their office. When I made an initial contact to schedule my first appointment, I left a message with a live person and she said someone will call me to go over what type of appointment I needed and to schedule an appointment. After a few weeks I did not receive a call back from Dr Sakrani's office. Then I booked online, which seemed more efficient and finally I received a call from their office staff who sounded like the same woman who answered the call weeks prior as she had the same British-like accent and she wanted to confirm the appointment as she had seen I had booked online. I came in and Dr Sakhrani shared with me her recommendations and wanted to know how much my budget as she had some suggestions for treatment and she said I could work with her office staff with costs. So the office staff goes over how she will try to bill my insurance, but expressed her doubt that my insurance may not cover and may consider it "cosmetic", but she will try and will call me back. After a few days I called and left a voice mail to follow up. However, 11 calendar days after my initial appt with Dr Sakhrani, I still have not heard back from their office despite the fact that I left a message a few days later requesting a call back. So I decided to call back about 1 week after I left a message. The office staff tells me, she did not call me back, because she supposedly told me at my first appt that it would take 4-6 weeks to process and find out what my insurance will and will not cover. I asked her why she didn't call me back anyhow to explain this. She says, because she told me this at the initial appt it would take 4-6 weeks. I told her she had never explained that to me and asked her regardless of that 4-6 weeks time frame, that i left a message the end of last week, it has now been a week and wondered why no one returned my call. She said that they have two locations, one in Cupertino and the other in Fremont, so by the time staff gets message days have passed. I said it's been about a week since i left my message. She tries to excuse it again by saying "well I told you when you first came here that it would take about 4-6 weeks to get response from your insurance." So I asked her if a pt leaves a message, they don't call them back if they haven't heard from their insurance yet. She finally said, moving forward it should not take a week to return a patient's message. In the end, I decided to go to another dentist, who right off the bat, gave me two treatment options, received a response from my insurance within the week of my appointment and went over costs with me and was so much more efficient in contact and receiving a response from my insurance, working with me in regards to my needed dental work.
