Dr. Gary White graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1997. Prior to studying at NYU, he attended Wagner College. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. White has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.
We welcome Dr. Lauren Simms. It has taken us a long time to find the right person to join us in our practice. Dr. Simms has known several of our staff members for years. Dr. Simms studied at Loyola University, Maryland. She received her Bachelors Degree in Biology. She later attended UMDMJ, and graduated dental school in 2009. She offers us an expansion in the areas of Pediatric Dentistry (childrens) and Endodontic Therapy (root canals). Dr. Simms is an asset to our practice, and she works on Mondays, Thursdays,Fridays, and Saturdays.

We view each patient as a unique individual, and tailor each treatment to your specific needs. Marcy has been with our practice since 2012. She has worked in the various areas of the dental field for over 30years. Marcy graduated from Ramapo College, and attended graduate school at Kean University. She loves working in dentistry. When she is not at work she is enjoying time with her family, husband Drew, son Sean, daughters Lauren and Morgan, and her Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs, Cooper and Brody. She is an avid College Football (Clemson Tigers) and Yankee fan.
We welcome Gabriela to our team. Gabriela has been working in dentistry for 4 years with a background in dental assisting. When she is not working she enjoys cuddling with her two kittens, and cooking new recipes for dinner. She also enjoys staying active in her church activities.
Miriam attended the Dental Studies Institute and has been working in dentistry for over 12 years. She is originally from Newark, and is bi-lingual. When she is not at work she loves to spend time with her family.
Leilani has been a hygienist for 16 years. On her days off she likes to spend time with her family and friends. She loves to vacation in the Philippines, and meeting other relatives, eating street foods, and snorkeling.
Judy has been practicing dental hygiene for over 35 years. She graduated from Fones School of Dental Hygiene, University of Bridgeport, CT with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is married to Scott and they have three children., Coulter, Taylor, and Margot. In her spare time Judy enjoys reading, gardening, and walking.
Deborah has been a dental hygienist for over 25 years and has worked with Gillette Dental Care more than seven. She is married with two boys. Her family loves to vacation, especially in Disney and Cape May. She is an active member of her church and enjoys participating in the choral and bell choirs.

Great experience! Spent a lot of time with, patient and very kind. Best of all no pain! I could not believe that I was done without any pain. The TV was also a great distraction,! I will recommend him to all of my friends.

Dr. White and his team are outstanding. They are incredibly patient and kind. He has been able to save problematic teeth and his staff could not be nicer or more helpful...even in stressful situations. Highly recommend

I have to say I am terribly disappointed at this practice. First for me, dentist White recommended unnecessary dental work without even questioning me or looking at my teeth. Never went back there for me but continued to go with the kids for whom they were doing Ok job. Very recently they proposed a preventative treatment sealant for my children. I asked to check the insurance coverage. They told me both are covered if it is done before 16th birthday of my oldest. I make the appointment. The day of the appointment I get a call from the office informing me it is not covered by the insurance for the older one. Either they lied flat out to me when they said they checked the insurance or they are incompetent understand the coverage. Very disappointing and it diluted the minimal << trust >> I had in them. Dentists seem to be a scam profession in the US, trying to make money out of you rather than truly caring for the teeth. Watch out when you go there and check what they tell you is covered or not. The bill can be hefty.

This practice was recommended by a friend and before i went in i asked them if they accept my insurance! They actually double checked and called me back to confirm!The staff is very professional, friendly, especially Doreen and Miriam ! Dr.White& Dr.Simms have amazing bedside manners which makes the experience more of a breeze than stressing out about dental work! I highly recommend this dental practice!

I've never had a more pleasant dental experience. I called on a Thursday morning complaining of some pain and the set up an appointment for that afternoon. I was seen and taken care of with ZERO pain! I highly recommend them!

I had a fear of sitting in a dentist chair for years, but then I met Dr. White and the superb staff at Gillette Dental. I moved to another area of NJ but still travel to see Dr. White. It's worth it. Before Dr. White, I saw a another dentist who handed me a list of work that I needed done to the tune of $28,000. Ouch. Gillette Dental Care will take the time to explain things and not go after your wallet. Don't hesitate to book an appointment.
