Dr Kolinsky agreed to see me on a Saturday morning even though he was fully booked and close to his time to leave the office. My dentist had referred me to an oral surgeon months prior to have a wisdom tooth removed but I kept putting it off until the pain hit me that Saturday morning. The doctor office is nice, clean and the receptionist are welcoming. I went in and saw Dr Kolinsky who said he couldn't do the extraction that day but would give me medication to ease the pain until it was time to remove the tooth. The day of extraction came and Dr Kolinsky did a phenomenal job on removing the tooth. Throughout the entire process he explained what he was doing step by step and other than the pulling of the tooth it was pain free. Hopefully I don't have to see him again but If I would ever need an oral surgeon again Dr Kolinsky would be my choice.

I had a nightmare of an experience here. After speaking with the office manager to ensure my procedure would be carried out so that I was not taking off of work in vain, I arrived to Mr. Kolinsky to be told he saw nothing wrong with me and would do no work on my mouth. This was after already being seen by an oral surgeon, periodontist, PCP and dentist! All of which could not diagnose my illness and thus suggested I get the biopsy done. With x-ray and referral, and having confirmed they WOULD be able to carry out my biopsy, Kolinsky then denied to do the work and I took off work for no reason. I got an extremely racist vibe from this doctor so if you are a person of color or an ally, I do NOT recommend. I've never felt so minimized, disregarded and dismissed by a professional. I was not heard.

Got my upper left wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Kolinsky on a Saturday. Every case is different. Mine in particular went very smoothly. I was injected twice with numbing drugs and Dr. Kolinsky told me when the slight discomfort of the needle or his pulling would be coming and kept talking to let me know what was going on. I was given after-surgery instructions verbally and in written form. The follow-ups went well.
