Dr. Gannon Lee is an Orange County native who has been practicing dentistry for twenty years. Dr. Lee earned his dental degree from the University of Southern California, after earning his bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
After nearly a decade in his private practice in Encinitas, California, Dr. Lee decided to relocate back to Orange County. It was a very difficult decision to leave good friends, patients, and relationships he has built up over the years. However, he and his wife had just welcomed a baby girl to their family and they realized it was the best choice to relocate back to be closer to family. Dr. Lee was a former Junior Olympic swimmer and in his free time, still enjoys swimming. He is also an avid Los Angeles Lakers fan and cheers for his USC Trojans. Aside from patient care, he and his wife are busy raising two wonderful girls: Elise and Kathryn.
Dr. Lees commitment to lifelong education means that he is constantly evaluating emerging dental methods and technologies in order to provide his patients with the best results in the least invasive manner. He is a member of the world-renown Spear Study Group. He places a high emphasis on comfort and serving each patient individually. Dr. Lee first became interested in TMJ Dysfunction and Sleep Apnea Management due to his own problems battling the syndromes. Realizing simple night guards and snore guards were not the answer, Dr. Lee has intensely studied, researched, and joined organizations that provide excellent solutions for these problems. He has a particular interest in TMJ dysfunction and how it relates to upper airway resistance syndrome (UARS). The syndrome is often linked to anxiety, insomnia, and headaches. He is also contracted with a few medical insurance plans to assist patients with their TMJ dysfunction, orofacial pain, and obstructive sleep apnea. He has completed mini-residencies in TMD and Orofacial Pain from UCLA and Dental Sleep Medicine at UC San Francisco. All of this commitment ensures you the highest level of care, both today and tomorrow.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, American Academy of Orofacial Pain, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He has furthered his education excellence by becoming board certified and holds Diplomates from the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Breathing and Sleep Academy. Dr. Lee is also a lecturer at OLLI at UC Irvine on the topics of dentistry and sleep apnea.

Elyse has been a registered dental hygienist for over twelve years. She grew up in Northern California and relocated to Orange County after graduation. She is an animal lover and donates much of her free time to volunteering for a local dog rescue. She enjoys spending time with her husband and pets at home.
Sonia grew up in Orange County and has over twenty years of experience in the dental field. She is very knowledgeable about dental insurance and enjoys working with our patients. When she is not in the office, she spends her time with her family and animals.

Very friendly staff! Made the usual scary dentist experience pleasant. Dr. Lee was super thorough in his exam and explanations and a great listener to all my concerns and questions. Over the past three years, I have suffered from sleep apnea. In spite of trying all kinds of masks, I was constantly at war with them. I felt as if I were suffocating. It wasn't until I discovered Dr. Gannon Lee and Roar Associates that I found help for my sleep apnea. As a result of his close cooperation, and specialization in resolving obstructive airway resistance, I had the appliance properly positioned to provide me with adequate airflow. There has been a significant improvement in my quality of life. I sleep restfully and face each day with renewed energy. My advice is have a sleep study done and then call Dr Gannon Lee, DDS at Roar Associates. The entire staff is super professional, caring and helpful.

I was so happy with my experience with Dr. Lee and his staff when they made an oral appliance for me to wear at night, I made an appointment and went in for routine care. I'm very glad I did. They took full x-rays, then Dr. Lee reviewed them. Next, he examined my mouth and under my tongue. He found two things that need attention, one of which I knew about already but wasn't a pressing issue. My cleaning was very thorough, which I need every time because of gum and teeth issues. I greatly appreciate how thorough and professional Dr. Lee and his staff are. Also, they are very nice.

The entire staff at Gannon Lee DDS is FANTASTIC! I love the "fun spirit" of everyone at the practice! All members of the staff are incredibly professional, and Dr. Lee spends personal time with all of his patients.

Dr. Lee is very thorough, personable and genuinely cares about his patients. Had a temp crown done today and it went great. I have extreme TMJ pain and he was so patient with me when I needed to take breaks. Highly recommend.

Appointment went very well. Professional staff and Dr. Lee answered all my questions. Will definitely be going back. Was back again today 11/16/2021 and again the visit was very professional and painless. I would recommend Dr. Lee and his staff very high.
