I handle the day-to-day business issues so Dr. Steinbeck can concentrate on his patients. Mostly, this involves managing personnel, payroll, and expenses. I was trained as a surgical assistant at Northern KentuckyOccupational Center in 1988 and joined this office in 1991. We have been a team for a long time theyre my family outside of my other family! I help to prepare the patient for surgery, hookup themonitors, and start IV. Iassist Dr. Steinbeck during surgery and prepare instruments for sterilization after surgery. My favorite part of my job is getting to meet new people every day, especially those who require a little extra TLC.

I have the most amazing family. I have three children whom I adore and two fur babies. I love to cook and spend time with mygreat-nephews, niece, and nephews. I am the youngest of four sisters. I lost my mother recently; not a day goes by I dont think of her. She was truly my best friend.

I spend a lot of time with our patients because I am with them before, during, and after their procedure. I also get to meet the patients escort, which is usually a family member. This interaction with the patient and their families is my favorite part of my job. Working with wonderful coworkers is great perk! After many years together, we flow together pretty seamlessly. My husband and I have been married for more than 25 years, and were blessed with a son and a daughter. We love dogs, sports (especially Michigan football and Xavier basketball), and family gatherings.

The Dr seemed like he has experience on extractions, which I don't know for sure because I canceled my appointment. The front office is the problem. I will edit my review according to their attitude in following days and write things in detail.

Fantastic experience! Got my wisdom teeth removed yesterday and the staff was great. I am petrified of needles and they made it such an easy a mind stress free experience. This will be where I go for an oral procedure.

Very excellent work and experience removing 2 lower wisdom tooth. Great staff and nurses. Was very quick in and out. Best place would recommend for extraction or any other oral surgery. Dr Steinbeck has been great throughout the process.

Just had all of my wisdom teeth removed a few days ago. In and out quick and recovery is going smoothly so far. They were very kind, eased my anxieties, and made the surgery as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Steinbeck and his staff are amazing. I was in and out in under an hour for 4 extractions and I feel great post op! The nurses were very comforting (I have a fear of needles!!), this was my best experience with getting an IV.

Everyone in the office was so friendly, helpful and accommodating! Dr. Steinbeck was so patient with me and took my concerns to heart in helping make the decision to use a general anesthetic. I felt VERY confident in his ability and after care.

I had an emergency infected wisdom tooth with a cavity that was killing me! I kept putting it off cause i am a big baby. It got worse and i couldn't take anymore. Dr. Steinbeck got me in during the Covid-19 stay at home order and i was out within a half hour. No pain at all! Great job and if i have to get another tooth pulled, he's the man!

If I could give Dr. Steinbeck negative 5 stars I absolutely would. I've had 2 prior extractions by him that went great but today was one of the most barbaric, unethical experiences I have EVER endured in the medical field. I was scheduled for 3 extractions under anesthesia (total lack of consciousness). I was charged over $1200 & gave the receptionist the check when I got there. I went in the back & they were unable to get a good IV in me to give me the medication to put me under (which during this process, I learned I was to be given propanol, which is IV sedation, not total lack of consciousness like I was told & had paid for). They were unable to sedate me so Dr. Steinbeck asked if I wanted to go ahead & do the extractions w/ Novocain. I told him no several times due to a traumatic experience as a child which I had already told one of the nurses about. Dr. Steinbeck completely ignored me & went ahead & performed 2 of the extractions while I was telling him to stop & screaming through out the procedure. It wasn't until he went to pull the tooth on the other side that I was finally able to scream loud enough & turn my head & cover my mouth, preventing him from extracting the 3rd tooth that he finally stopped. At this point I was experiencing a severe panic attack & crying hysterically as they shoved gauze in my mouth & told me to be quiet or they wouldn't allow my boyfriend back to see me. They said I was "scaring" the other patients in the waiting room (my bf later told me he couldn't hear me screaming in the waiting room, it wasn't until they allowed him in the back that he heard me). I told them I just wanted to leave & they said I had to leave in a wheelchair since I had been under "sedation." Even though I was completely conscious the entire time & able to walk/navigate just fine. I got up out of the wheelchair and went to leave, asking the nurse on my way why they did that to me... she just looked at me with sad eyes. I got outside and ran across the street to my bf's car just as Ft. Thomas police were pulling up. He stopped & asked if I was ok & my bf told him I just had surgery. He then went over to Dr. Steinbeck's office where the nurses were waiting outside to speak to the officer, as they were the ones who had called. I'm still not sure why... perhaps to cover their own butts for the malpractice they had just submitted me to. I was given no pain medication, only more trauma to add to my PTSD. Thus far I have received no refund for the anesthesia I did not get, nor the 3rd extraction that was not performed. He seemed more concerned about cashing that $1200+ check than he was about my safety, health or experience. I would not recommend Dr. Steinbeck to anyone but a child predator.

I was referred by my dentist who told me Steinbeck is the best in the area so I went to him. On the day of my appointment I was told about the procedure and what was going to be done. I was given a estimate on how much it was going to cost and that was what I paid up front on the day of my surgery. My mom came with me on the day of my surgery so that she would make sure I get home safely but she doesn't drive so she ended up calling a cab. Of course that cab was late and the ladies went above and beyond their job and took me, my mom and my sister home that morning. I honestly don't understand these couple bad reviews. I would recommend any of my friends to Steinbeck.
