Even though its been a while since my interaction with Dr Cohen's office, I feel my review will at least be "a go at your own risk / you have been warned review" I truly wish I would have read "Antoinette Morales" I would have NEVER went to Dr F Cohens office. I too had a traumatic experience. I was lied to by him and the wife. On the initial visit I explained in depth what I wanted done and asked if that could be done and I was told yes. On the second visit 2 weeks later ( Dr Cohen went on one of his semi monthly vacations hence the gap in appointments) no one remembered or acknowledged what was previously discussed or agreed to. in hind site I realize why they lied, it was to distract me long enough for him to get payment from my insurance and yes he did get paid. I was just fortunate enough to cut ties before any dental work was done. Morales is 100% accurate in saying the he does not care about his patients. His main goal is to make as much money as possible. Dr Cohen vacations for 2 to 3 weeks at a time monthly. I too also filed a complaint against him to no avail.. apparently he's on some board and whomever I spoke to during the complaint follow up.. basically said he's well connected.. Apparently Cohen is a champion poker player if you know what I mean.

The dentist Dr. Cohen was pleasant, but the women Bridget that sit at the front desk have horrible customer service when I ask her a question she tried to give me a medical answer as if she was the dentist herself and refused me services when I ask is there someone there that I can speak to other than her that can medically state what she saying is correct. she told me that there's no one I can speak to then she went on with continuously hanging up the phone when I called to get information. Bridget should never be given out Medical advice and she's not board-certified. Someone of her character should not be working at this office it brings the office Morel down completely. I would never go back to this office again. If you're considering going to this office I suggest go somewhere else more pleasant

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this office yet. Absolutely recommend . I stand by Dr. Cohen and his staff. This is the first dentist i have ever been too that was just amazing, i have nothing bad to say about this office. They are kind, polite, patient, just brilliant individuals. I promise you, this would be your dental home if you go here. Just dont flood the office and make it difficult for me to get an appointment lol. But all jokes aside. They are just beautiful and HONEST people at this office. They take pride in what they do and treat you with care. DR. Cohen's wife explains processes and procedures with the utmost care and precision, Bridget the receptionist customer service skills are stellar and the rest of the staff makes you feel calm and at home.

Don't get me wrong Dr Cohen and staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome.As far as getting the job done not so much.

I went for teeth cleaning and it really took him 5 minutes and said He was done . Then A part of my tooth broke, I went to him as emergency visit he took X-ray and said I need crown and my insurance does not pay I need to pay $1600 . I did not fix it until I changed my insurance. After I went to another dentist and he said it's a cavity and he fix it for $75 in meantime for 3 months I was not using that side of my mouth so I would not damage the broken tooth . I called my insurance company and they said definitely they would pay him . I changed my dentist

WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! Dr. Cohen and his staff were all so caring and helpful! Was not a long wait and the receptionist was so kind!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Cohen as your dentist!!

Boy o boy i wish i had read all those reviews before going there. But if my experience can help someone else if you did not book an appointment with them DO NOT go somewhere else. If you did and receiving treatment from them ask for everything in writing, check the prices the dental office is giving you by calling your insurance company. Keep in mind they are in it only for the money and ethics is none of their concern.

I was uncomfortable from the beginning. Two hours after my appointment time I get in the chair only to have a woman take my xrays with complete lack of regard for my comfort. She follows up with a rough cleaning that had me grabbing for my life. She takes the plaque out of my mouth and RUBS it on my cheek in order to "show" me my plaque problem. I was disgusted and in shock. I asked her why she thought it was okay and she proceeded to cover her a** my showing me another patient's X-ray results. I was embarrassed to even sit there.

This doctor lost my tooth impression. They are highly unprofessional don't let them mess up your teeth please go elsewhere and save yourself heartache and trouble. Also get a second opinion into any work he wants to do to your mouth which may be unnecessary due to him caring more about getting money than your actual dental needs and wellbeing. Please take this review/warning into consideration.
