It is very sanitary here and takes many precautions due to this pandemic. I feel very satisfied with my teeth and I am attended very well by my orthodontist and explains what he will be doing each time I go in for my appointment. The staff is always very nice and helpful

First, they will accept you even when you're about to turn 21 and lose ur insurance. Then he won't tell you how much you will owe if/when u lose it (or how much your entire treatment is with or without insurance) but then once u lose it he will try to slap you with a $5800 bill to continue treatment. if you weren't prepared, and don't want to continue treatment, you have to pay $300 to get the braces off!!! and they won't even give you a proper receipt. unprofessional, scheming and no transparency. If you're not chinese or white prepare to be disrespected and crassly brushed off and hurried for wanting to ask questions and know things about the process. I regret I ever went here.

I first came here to begin my braces treatment. Dr. Lu and Dr. Lai are very kind and were willing to tell me everything I needed to know in order to finish my braces treatment last month. The service they provide is very good and the office is very clean. The staff members are great and my experience has been a pleasure. I am very happy with my experience here and I highly recommend this place to those who are just starting their experience with braces.

Their front desk was really impolite, arguing with patients over the phone, everyone in the waiting room can hear. The waiting time is tight and sometimes ridiculous, hours of waiting due to the mass amount of people. But the office was clean and sanitized properly, and the doctors were quick and efficient with appointments.

This place runs like a factory. They seat a few people at once and the doctor comes by for 2 minutes to give the nurses instructions for your treatment. You'll have barely any time to actually communicate with the doctor. Clean office, well ventilated space but the waiting time is ridiculous and I felt rushed every time. Is it a coincidence that as soon as my treatment was paid off, they scheduled my braces to come off? Really upset that I trusted the doctor and got my braces treatment here. Unhappy with my teeth and I would complain to them, but I'm going another place to get them fixed because I cannot possibly trust this place again. There was not one single time I felt cared for. Very happy with my smile and their service. I highly recommend the doctor. Even during this tough pandemic time, they are working their best to ensure safety for all by taking extra measures and installing new technology and machines and UV light to clean their office. I never had any issue and their staff is always helpful.
