Believe me when I tell you Dr. Arnold and his employees are superb I needed a tooth pulled and I was in and out quick. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, very gentle. Dental assistants are amazing, front staff is amazing. I'd rate this office 10 stars if I could.

the dental assistant Tiffany was amazing! she made me feel very comfortable and was very nice and gentle. i normally hate the dentist but she made it very good experience! would definitely recommend

I have looked in the mirror hundreds of times in the last 24 hours admiring my teeth. Thank you Dr. Arnold! You are awesome! My top front teeth WERE chipped and now they look like it never happened!

First time visiting Dr Arnold for a bad tooth that had gotten infected. The tooth needed to be pulled which he did wonderfully with very little pain. His office staff and nurses were all friendly and very helpful. I will have no problem seeing Dr Arnold again.

Your staff are great and as welcome as I felt around all of you . well pleased with all of you. Under circumstances of my neglect of my teeth over 25 yrs I totally understand your concern Dr Arnold ! I was expecting you to pull my tooth out today. Thanks Randy Wilson

Dr Arnold is very courteous and friendly. I am so pleased with the care he gave me. My smile looks great again I will always trust him with my teeth. His staff is also wonderful and kind. Thank you Dr Arnold and staff

Always great service and a great experience at Dr Arnold's practice ! This office has very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Dr Arnold is always up to date on the latest procedures and takes the time to talk with his patients. Highly recommend !

I must say I'm very pleased with the way the operate with profession. They make you feel real comfortable and can recognize when there patient is in pain I highly recommend anyone who has tooth problem to come here. Thanks Dr. Arnold !!

I don't think I've ever been in a medical office as friendly, cordial and caring as I experienced in Dr Arnold's office today! Every employee I encountered was an absolute delight! Very impressed with doctor Arnold and his staff. Was not rushed in any way, did not come into a full waiting room or full exam rooms. He took his time as did the assistant in going over everything that was coming my way. Receptionist was also very sweet and took her time explaining future appointments and what I would need to do.

I've been coming to Dr. Arnold for years and have always had a great experience. He is a kind and welcoming presence who alway calms my anxiety and the staff have always been welcoming. Highly recommended them.

Dr. Arnold is a great dentist. He knows what he's talking about and he does wonderful work. The staff there are absolutely wonderful. I think most of them are fairly new. I have known this office for years and he has been thru a LOT of employees. These ladies are by far the best he has now. I hope he can keep them. The two assistants, Spanish girl and a pregnant girl are such sweet, smart, professional young ladies. I gave two stars because I am very bothered by the way Dr. Arnold speaks to these ladies. He is very condescending and belittles them. He seems to get impatient easily and talks down to them. They always seem scared to death when he comes in the room. What an awful work environment to be in I would think. Like I said great dentist as far as my mouth and teeth are concerned but I feel so bad for the ladies up there. Such sweethearts who always seem to be working hard and doing their very best. Ladies- keep up the good work and I hope you go somewhere you are appreciated.

I have been going to this dentist for years. The dentist here is superb. However, the latest experience I had here was absolutely unbelievable. If you want to experience discrimination from the front desk, come here. The elderly woman who's been working here for years asked me "Who did I work for?" ...does it matter? I have my insurance card. The info is located on the front of it in bold print. But following her assumptions, she told me to pay for my dental work up front because she has had customers with my "particular" insurance who's didn't pay their dental claim in full. First of all, your previous customers have nothing to do with me. Second, I have been going to this dentistry for years and NOT one time have i ever not pay off my claim. I always paid my bill. You can check my receipts. This was the most ridiculous statement I have ever heard from a dental office. If i have insurance, why am I required to pay up front? What is the whole point of me having insurance? Well, let me educate you on some terminology. You're judging or treating a particular group differently based on your personal feelings, that's called discrimination. You asking me "Where did I work?" was completely asinine, which is an adjective for a foolish act. To me, that was a foolish question. Hold on, do I need to explain to you what an adjective is? Your dentistry treated me as if I was stupid so I am just returning the favor. All that should only matter is my dental insurance card. So to the fellow staff, do not act as if your dentistry is the only one out here, because it's surely not. I will happily go somewhere else where I am not prejudged and treated equally. I was doing y'all a favor, the place just about seemed practically empty.
