Jason was born inthe Baytown ofFairhope, Alabama and moved to Arizona a fewmonths later.He grew up in the Northwestvalley attendingDeer Valley High School. Jasons college years were spent in Tempe attending Arizona State University. He met his wife, Michelle while in Tempe and was married in 1994.The south was always calling; for dentalschool, JasonearnedhisDMD at the University of AlabamaSchool of Dentistry. While there, Jason completed a General Practice Residency certificate through the Birmingham Veterans Administration and also completedhis Post Doctoral residency in Endodontics atthe University ofAlabama School of Dentistry.Upon completion, they loaded up their children, Summer and Baylor and moved back to Arizona. During his personal time, Dr. Booth enjoys golfing and escaping to Glamis, California to camp and off-road throughout the rolling sanddunes.

What a pleasant, efficient dental experience! Everyone was wonderful during my first visit today, from the check-in to the check-out. And Dr. Castano was engaging and very informative, not rushed. In my seven unfortunate and painful decades of dealing with dental offices, this was my very best experience. I trust Castano's analysis. And I trust his people to get things done correctly.

I was referred to Dr Frank by my dentist at Associated Dental. I wasn't sure what to expect in my visit. Dr Frank diagnosed my problem and did his magic in one visit. I hope I never need another endodontist, but if I do he will be the guy!!!

Excellent Dr. he explained everything thoroughly, was extremely understating and made me feel so comfortable. I had a root canal for the first time and it was better than even the easiest cleaning I've ever had. No pain, no discomfort, super fast he was done in 30 minutes and everything was way better than I could ever imagine. Dr. Castano and his staff were amazing I 100% recommended going to this facility. Thank you for everything Dr. Castano.

Without a doubt the best customer experience I've had with anyone in the medical field! Both Dr. Frank and staff were highly professional, caring and efficient in all areas. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly!

For anyone who may recall hearing of root canals as though that procedure would be worse than anything a human could endure, i invite you to meet Dr Castano. Would you believe such a procedure could be characterized as "almost pleasant"? I had a root canal this morning, had no pain or discomfort, took an Ibuprofen 2 hours just in case, and have been perfect ever since. Dr Castano and his staff are obviously caring, professionals who know their science. They are also knowledgeable, interesting, and research based. You will not regret experiencing a root canal in this office.

I found this amazing endodontist on line, and was I pleased. Monica that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and got me in the next day to see Dr. Frank Castano. I had 2 previous root canals there were giving me issues. Dr. Castano looked at the Xrays and said everything looked good and no infections etc. He proceeded to explain everything to me, in layman's terms, so that I understood what was happening. He did some tweaking and it worked to relieve the pain and that was 5 days ago! I would strongly recommend Dr. Castano and his staff to anyone that would need a root canal.

The staff and the dentist were very friendly and professional and I got in and out. I got a root canal done and I felt no pain they put me at ease they were just a great staff I will come back here again I will refer everybody to them in the dentist was great friendly and just overall awesome
