Patients, families, and their spokesperson have the right to speak about concerns regarding the care and treatment received at Alice Hyde Medical Center. These concerns are referred to as complaints and are handled by the Patient & Family Experience Department. We hope the issue can be resolved before the patient leaves the Medical Center by speaking to the floor or unit staff. If this does not happen, a call can be placed to the Patient & Family Experience Department and a formal process will be undertaken. Volunteers are an important part of the Alice Hyde team. In addition to the satisfaction of service to others, volunteers enjoy participating in the Medical Center's special events, seminars, luncheons, and friendships.
Active volunteers are eligible for courtesy discounts from our pharmacy after achieving and maintaining 100 hours of service per year. They are also eligible to receive a complimentary meal from our dining room after four hours of service on any given day and complimentary beverage after two hours. In addition, a volunteer luncheon is held each year to recognize our volunteers.

It's too bad that I have to drive so far to go to the dentist, but, this place is worth the drive. Everyone there is so wonderful to deal with, they're all caring and compassionate. Wonderful dentist to visit

Son went because he chipped two bottom front teeth, had some pain and discomfort from the sharp edges, receptionist was great getting him in same day. But the female dentist did absolutely nothing to help him besides set him up for a cleaning in over a month then said she'd fill the two teeth then. So now he waits for over a month before the sharp edges get fixed at all. Very unhappy with the dentist.

FUENTES AT ALICE HYDE DENTAL CENTER FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT HE AND HIS STAFF ARE WONDERFUL.THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COMPASSIONATE AND CARING PEOPLE.
