I went to my first visit and I am very pleased. His bed side manor is phenomenal. His personality is wonderful. Wish i could give 10 stars.

Dr. Francis is very nice and never made me feel embarrassed/ashamed about my teeth. Great for getting an appointment asap.

Dr Francis had to pull three teeth in one sitting. I felt nothing. It was over very quick. He's the best. Then he put a bridge in and it was perfect also. Good price too. He's the best

I made an appointment for my sister with Dr. Francis. I'm happy to say she is very pleased with the hospitality in the manner she was received. He's very pleasant and professional and the environment is clean and welcoming. Understandably the exterior may not be to some's expectations but nevertheless it does not take away from the services. received. We're yet to see if there becomes an issue with regards to billing as some pointed to.

I give Dr. Eric Francis A+. I don't have a regular dentist and ended up having an emergency on a holiday weekend. He was able to get me in on a Saturday very fast and he was very good. I've had some bad experiences with dentists but if he's around I'll be returning to him. Thank you again.

Was told I had a cavity that I did not have after visiting a second dentist to have it removed. Disreputable, handles billing very poorly and refused to submit to insurance. Recommend you stay away from here.

His website is deceptive as the office looks nothing like that. When speaking to him by phone he assured me he would confirm insurance coverage prior to my visit. When I arrived he informed me he hadn't done that. I should have left, but he assured me it would not be a problem. He was wrong. Very disappointed.

I'm trying to figure out why they post on the website that they are open 9-5. I've went to the office and they weren't open. I've called twice and getting no answer. I don't think this is a very good office if the office hours listed aren't correct or they aren't answering the phone. Second guessing gong to this place

Dr. Francis is extremely kind, professional and he will assuage any fears or insecurities you may have about your visit. He genuinely cares about his patients and he will take his time to make sure that all of your concerns will be addressed. I used to dread going to the dentist prior to him, but not anymore. I can't recommend him enough.
