I especially like the challenge of the patient who is fearful and untrusting of dentists. By developing a connection through patience, open communication, and respect, I can help a patient like this achieve a much more positive dental experience. Since opening her dental practice in 1991,Dr. Bihary has served the Kinnelon community by participating in various health fairs offering free dental screenings. To honor Dental Health Awareness Month, she has partnered with a local pre-school, offering students a field trip to the office. This fun-filled morning includes arts & crafts, dental education, and visiting the operatories.In addition, Fran is an active supporter of the local school system through her participation in various fundraising initiatives.
Dr. Bihary is a current member of Smile USA Continuing Education Center. She is active with the Study Club and has completed the Mini Residency Implant Program as directed by world-class mentor Dr. Shankar Iyer. She is a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), having completed its certification program allowing dentists to perform facial esthetic procedures including Botox(R) and dermal filler injections.
Still residing in Kinnelon, Dr. Bihary and her husband spendmuch of their time raising her their two children. In her free time, you can find her enjoying outdoor activities including hiking, biking, gardening, and anything fun in the sun!

I visited Dr.Fran for the first time today and I am so glad I chose her. Excellent bedside manner, very patient and open communication. I had a satisfying experience at my preventive check up and would recommend her to everyone.
